Hey thanks guys. As far as my bodybuilding training goes, I don't think that has anything to do with my gains except for low bodyfat resulting in a thin fatpad. The way I see it if you guys are trying to bring about length gains, then having a thick fatpad is not going to help you. You see when having minimal bodyfat especially in the pubic area, your length will be at its full visual and functional potential until its inhanced further through PE. So if you are trying to gain length and have a huge spar tire on your gut then your visual and usable gains will be hindered. If you tell a girl your dick is 8 inches and 2 inches of it is berryied in your fat pad then you will only be able to see and use 6 inches of it. The girl is going to be wondering why your suppozet 8 inch dick looks and feels like a 6 incher. So get those bodyfat levels down to utilize all of your length.

Cardio is a good component in helping erection quality. You see with a strong and healthy heart and vascular system, blood flow will be a maximized through out the body for healthy hard erections. I think cardiovascular fitness is just as important as kegels for good erection quality.

To be onist with you zao911, I actually almost got into the porn business but I didn't go through with what they wanted me to do. I was going to work for West Coast Productions but they wanted me to start at the bottom and do amature solo porn of me jerking off infront of a camera. I was like hell no. I wanted to do porn to bang hot girls and get paid for it. Not wack off in front of a camera. They told me I had to build my resume up with solo videos first but I was not feeling it.

what does your cardio/fitness program look like?

I do cardio right after my bodybuilding workouts 4 times a week right now. On Monday and Thursdays I jog 2 miles which normally takes about 15-17 minutes. On Tuesday and Fridays I do ten to fifteen 100 meter sprints out on the track.

Took some measurements today and my bonepressed flaccid stretch has increased to 9.8 inches. Base girth is now 6.1 inches.

I love this thread. I come and read it every once in a while. It motivates.

I'm currently into pumping, hanging and clamping. I've noticed great gains almost immediately.

Jelqing is over-rated for more experienced exercisers, in my opinion. Anyways I'll see you around, peace.
