Hey Everyone--
I'm totally sold on PE! No going back. No going back to pumping either. (Well, I shouldn't say that; I'll probably pump on occasion--I don't know.) I know I'm new to PE, but this is utterly amazing.

Starting measurements (9/23/09):
BPEL 7 to 7 1/8 inches (more like 7, because that was a more consistent measurement)
NBPEL 6.5 inches
EG is 5.5 inches

On 9/23/09 routine:
10 min warm up
6 min basic stretches (rt, lft, up, out, down)
10 wet jelqing (35 to 40% erection level)
50 Kegels

9/25/09 routine (already told this one, but will restate):
10 min warm up
10 min basic stretching (rt, lft, up, out, down)
10 wet jelqing (35 to 40% erection level)
50 Kegels

9/28/09 routine:
10 min warm up
10 wet jelqing (35 to 40% erection level)
very mild stretching (didn't have much time this day)

9/30/09 routine:
10 min warm up
10 min jelqing (35 to 40% erection level)
1 set of basic stretches (up, down, rt, lft, out)
100 Kegels

10/2/09 routine:
20 min warm up
20 min of basic stretching (rt, lft, up, out, no down, circle rt & lft); Kegels while stretching
20 min jelquing (35 to 40% erection level; 3 second strokes)
50 Kegels thus far today, will do another 50 later today

Measurements after just 5 days of PE (meaning 5 total days of exercises):
BPEL 7.25 inches!!
NBPEL 6.75 inches!
Girth: haven't measured (but really only interested in gaining length)

Erections full and hard, keeping flaccid length full throughout day; when peeing, getting in a quick couple of tugs and strokes when nobody is around.
(I'm trying to follow the gain log of a member who recently left the forum for health reasons, sadly; my routine of 10/2/09 is modeled after his first year routine.)

The routine I'm at for 10/2/09, today, is what I'm going to stay at for at least one year. I'm going to just be consistent and slow with it (but hopefully my growth in just five days is an indicator of what my potential is with PE!!!!). Wish me luck guys!! I'll post week by week to see if I continue to gain in this way. I really hope so!! I know I will plateau at some point, but I'm already a "believer" and beginning to think my goal of 8 or 9 inches bone pressed, or maybe even non-bone pressed (??) is possible. I'm so happy I've found this!!! I didn't think I'd have any gains just yet.

Good stuff 7! Know it is working for you, even on those weeks where gains seem to slow. Just imagine a year from now what may be!
