Oct 30th 2009
10 mins warm up in shower (very hot water, shower is basically steaming up the washroom) did kegels while during this period
10 mins of kegels
10 mins Helicopter Spins followed by Stretches
10 mins wet jelqs (over hands now) at 4-5 secs each 60-80% Erection
3 min Warm down as I finished showering
2x Edging sessions with ejaculation at around 35-40 mins each

Was having trouble getting hard watching porn for the last two days, but still got frequent erections throughout the day easily with EQs of 10. Also, talking to girlfriend also can get me hard easily... must of been the porn...

But today, im back in action! watched some porn and edged for 35 mins before ejaculating.

Also I have updated with some starting pictures now, and also, if a MOD could change the title to "E_Weazy's Log (Pics)", much would be appreciated.

Starting Measurements:
EQ of 9:
I find it hard to measure most of the time cuz my erect positio is at 1'o Clock position, and jamming a ruler into already STRETCHED skin by pushing my penis down is hard...

Nothing different as of lately, but noticed the penis is much more conditioned now, as the tightness of my grip has increased in jelqing, and no spotting has occured.

EQ remains a healthy 9-10 frequently throughout the day.

Dear weazy, because of your wonderful angle "The perfect angle" you may actually be larger than the measurments you took. Well anyway you look larger to me. Try this, take a string run it along the natural angle of yoour 1 o'clock and then place the string on the ruler. Mind you this will be a NBP, but if will give you a more accurate idea of your true size. Go from the base to the meatus (pee hole) with the string.

Ive noticed, that my penis has been much more conditioned, also my PIs are still quite strong and no purple spotting has happened since the addition of Ulis. With these results, I believe it is ok to keep the ulis in!

Man I have been gone for a long time, I wish I could call this an official month.. but I've only really done like 2-3 weeks worth of PE =( Keep procrastinating on other things, and had to take time out of PE. But Im BACK!!

3 mins Inner lig stretch
10 mins wet jelqs (over hands now) at 3-4 secs each 60-70% Erection
3 mins Warm down as I finished showering

Didn't bother measuring, as I don't expect much, I want to do a solid month b4 I measure again!

Had a bad workout today... a bit stressed from school, and my brother and friends came home, so I didn't want to keep jelqing away lol.

50x wet jelqs (over hands now) at 3-4 secs each 60-70% Erection
3x 15sec Uli's at 95-100% Erection
3 mins Warm down as I finished showering

This has got to be the worst workout I have ever had, the whole time I was not that comfortable and just easily irritated by everything I was doing. No stretch, no jelq was good enough for me.

Was quite upset with last workout, so I stayed focused, finished a final the day before and kicked ass and probably getting an A+, so this session was the bomb. Everything felt right, the jelqs were very strict and focused!

Oh yea I forgot to mention, I edge and ejaculate for at least 30mins a day, sometimes twice. But today was intense, so it was like around 40-50 mins.

Dec 5th 2009
10 mins warm up in shower
5 mins of kegel
20 Seconds stretch in all directions + 2 inner lig stretches 3x sets
40x Left to Right Stretches
40x Up to Down Stretches
200x wet jelqs (over hands now) at 3-4 secs each 60-70% Erection
3x 20sec Uli's at 95-100% Erection
150x 3-Part Jelqs
3 mins Warm down as I finished showering
40-50 mins of Edging
