PEed for a 6th day last thursday(wrong count, I was to do 5 days then 2 off). I felt a little sore so I applied half the strenght I usually do. I'll rest 3 days instead of 2 since I exerciced 6 days in a row instead of 5. Should I do 5 days on then 2 days off or 3 days on then 1 day off? I also score 5¼ BPEL now. Thats ¼ already! It gives me a lot of motivation to keep up.

I had to take a break from PE due to my tight schedule. I never realized how time consuming PE is. Anyways I did it today and I'm back in the game.
