Sorry for not being around but I've been busy with College and papers all month. I've completed my first month of PE without missing a single day here are the results

BPEL 6.1
NBPEL 5.6
EG 4.6

I believe I've gained slightly more but I haven't had the chance to measure at 100% EQ. I haven't had a skin busting erection for almost 2 weeks now.
To fix this I bought Ginkgo Biloba 120mg capsules. I'm also taking L-Arginine, Glucosamine and a Multi-vitamin.

Also after reading more and my first month experience I've decided to take my workout down a notch. I am now doing

2 days on 1 day off
20 min warm up
15min stretches with heat
10 min Jelqing
and Keguels every other day.

I'll be posting the results of this change in a week.

Measured at 100% EQ today =] NBPEL went up to 5.8 and my EG seemed to increased to atleast 4.65
Next measurement coming at the end of November or when I pass 6' NBPEL!

im aiming to pass the 7" BPEL by December. I have just taken a week off because just passed 6 months and am about to start again today wth added intensity.

I like the new routine, sometimes less is more. My routines are only 30 mins long.

Hey Luiloot, ur starting starts are exacally like mine. Anyway your warm up seems pretty thorough, how do you warm up?

Hey Big Tom, I've been trying different methods lately. Warming up with hot water feels best but it takes too long and rice socks work great but I don't get that heavy blood flow I like. So recently I've been doing 10minute of rice sock heating and <5 minutes with hot water.

Awesome, good man. im glad to see that you break your goals into very managable goals, this way I find it works better and is more satisfying when you reach one.

Much better than i want 10"x7" etc. Are you still on the same routine?

Also do you think that the L-Arginine is having any effect on your erections? Im thinking of using it and just wanted some input

I'm taking L-Arginine in conjunction with L-Lysine but I can't honestly tell you I have super great erections because of it. I would recommend you try it for yourself. I got mines for $8 in CVS.
Also I now added cayenne pepper to my list. I'm taking 1 table spoon with tea before bed every night. What's your experience with CP.
