1 table spoon!! WOW thats a lot and must be pretty spicy! I use it a lot in cooking but have tried to use it as a kind of supplement. Im gonna definately get some L-Arginine and L-Lysine and see how i get on because stronger erections = better blood flow which will help with growth so it may help me.

Girth has been fluctuating from 4.5 to 4.65 in the past two days. I'm a little worried but I'm going to wait until measurement day tomorrow to start questioning things. Relieved to say that length is fine; at 6+-

Measurement day. Not nearly as good as I wanted. My length is 6 1/16 NBPL and my girth has shrunk back to 4.5. I don't know what did it but I'm going to add 4 mins of V-Jelq on top of my 10 mins of Jelquing. Any advice is welcome..

* 15 Minutes for Warm-up * 1 Set of 4-Way Flaccid bends (10 seconds each) * 20 JAI Stretches * 1 Set of 5-Way LOT stretches (30 second stretches) * 10 Circle stretches both left and right (20 total) * 10 Minutes of Wet Jelqing (OK grip - 5 second strokes) * 30 Minutes of edging [with absolutely NO porn] * 5 Minutes for Cool-down * DON'T FORGET TO KEGEL at 100-150 times every other day Found this routine have amazing results for others and considering it myself; what do you guys think.

i like the above routine its got a good mix of exercises. I am a bit concerned about the girth and like the idea of adding more jelqs. Keep us posted on what happens over the next month with your girth. If the addition of jelqs doesnt help then perhaps I could give you a girth routine.

perhaps even increase the number of jelqs by another 10 mins and slightly decrease the stretching time??

I don't think I could do that I feel a good workout as it is. Do u think stretching reduces girth? I could see how that makes sense.

There is a theory that light stretching increases length and Hard stretching slightly increases length and bumps up girth i believe c.Phantasy came up with it it has to do with the elasticity of the penis and the plastic deformation that takes place after a work out heres a link its a very interesting read i am not sure if i completely agree with it but it could be beneifical to your girth efforts Intense stretching = Restricting lenght gains,Adding Girht gains

I am currently in the process of trying to prove this theory with doing mainly stretch routines whilst pulling with medium/light force. i have been going two weeks and am going to do another before measuring and posting results which will hopefully support C.Phantasy's theory because I am after length at the moment. Girth comes in the new year once I hit the 7" mark.
