I Am Making A New Log Because Im Going To Start A New Beginners Routine And Stick With It This Time Intill I Have Done It For 3 Months. Week 1 - Start Day 6th October. Basic Stretch - Up,Left,Right,Straight,Down, Medium Pull, 30 Seconds x2 ( 5 Minutes. ) 10 Minute Jelg, Slow Strokes, Medium Pressure. 15 Minutes Or More Of Edging ( Without Ejaculation. ) 110 Slow Kegels. Sunday,Tuesday,Thursday. Starting Stats : NBPFL : 4 Inches. FG : 4 Inches ( Just Below Glans. ) NBPEL : 6 Inches. EG : 5 Inches ( Just Below Glans. ) Short Term Goal : NBPFL : 4 1/2 Inches. Its Very Hard To Do A Warm Up In My House But Before i Do Pe i Have A Ten Minute Shower And Hold Hot Water On My Penis For About 5 Minutes And It Feels Hot Not Sure If Thats Enough But Thats All i Can Get At The Moment. What Do You Think Of My Routine ? |
