Default JP's Routine

Just starting a routine, and im new to this whole thing so i'm going to start JP's routine. Tommorow will be my fifth day so I will start recording my progress from there.

Havent posted in here yet because I started a new job. But all last week was the same; had trouble staying flacid for the stretches/kegels. The jelqs were both good done around 50-70% erection. This week from sunday-tuesday, I stayed flaccid for the stretches and stayed around 50% erect for the jelqs, so I had an awesome week. Only problem, this week I only did 3 days instead of 5 due to starting work and not having enough time. So far, my erections feel a lot more "full" if that makes any more sense which i believe is b3ecause of the kegels. Next week, I will start the 5 on 2 off again.

sunday was great, everything was perfect. Today (Monday), unfortunatly i'm taking off because im exhausted from work. Will start again tommorow.

Restarting routine since my penis head was hurting for a couple weeks, it felt as if I pinched I nerve.

Measurements erect length: 4.75 inch (stfu)
girth: 5.125 inch

Wednesday was an overall ok day. Need to work on keeping penis flaccid throughout the first stretches. Dont have much of a problem with the jelqs though.

11/5/09 thursday - great day, penis remained flacid throughout stretches and jelqs felt good too

11/8/09 sunday - same as thurs, all great
11/9/09 monday - great again, really feel my flaccid length is growing, and a tiny bit of erect length

11/10/09 tuesday - didnt pe because call of duty moder warfare 2 came out... dont need to explain any further

Hey man!

I am pretty new to this PE myself. Like you, I have had some stretching problems and also in the beginning jelqing felt really weird. But looks like you are doing a good job and have no big problems! Yeah the flaccid gains are the first ones you notice and then comes the erect growth.

Keep on exercising man!

keep up the good work, I am going to follow your progress as we are starting out with similar EL's! I am going to start mine in a few weeks, keep up the good and "hard" work haha
