Default MoreGains Log

Basically, I'll briefly type up an outline before I head off to sleep. Deciding to get back in the swing of things tonight. Im planning on writing a log of my daily PE activities, with a huge emphasis placed upon my PI's. I'll try to keep an extremely detailed log of what I'm doing so I can comb over it to try and determine any factors which produce, or fail to produce, gains. As an outline, I PE'd briefly last year and whilst I do not believe I saw explicit gains I certainly noticed increased EQ and such (being a young guy, that seemed almost impossible, and more of a burden than a plus!) and now due to a few changes in external circumstance I am free to PE again. I will try to make single weekly posts explaining that weeks activities, posting every sunday night on what was done the previous week. Well, for anyone reading this, I hope you learn something as I hope this log can serve myself and others. I guess time will tell.

12/10:
Neutral PI’s
Exercises: 50 kegels - hold for 2-3 seconds.
Very basic stretch, wet jelq and v jelq routine. Just to get into the swing of it.
Notes: Need to get appropriate lubricant for jelqing, will purchase that tomorrow

13/10:
-Slight turtling in morning, not considering this to be an issue. EQ still fine however, especially strong later in day. Changed opinion from netural/neg to Neutral/Pos PI’s.
-Quite weak ejaculation, assumed to be a result of a tired PC from yesterdays kegels.
Rest today.

14/10:
50% morning wood. Positive PI’s.
Exercises: 60 kegels, held for 1-3 seconds

15/10:
Neutral PI
Exercises: 10 min warm up, 6 min stretch, 10 min jelq
Edged a lot today. Ballooned tonnes
Notes: Ejaculation much stronger, attributed to recovering PC and the ballooning.

16/10:
Neutral PI. Slightly larger flaccid hang so slightly positive.
**Noticed a tingling sort of sensation, for reasons unknown I feel as if it is the sensation of recovery taking place and will simply leave it for today. I’m going to assume that is the ‘slight achiness’ people have referred to. I’ve also noticed some slight contraction when flaccid, not turtling however.
Exercises: 65 kegels, held 2-3 seconds
General heat therapy to aid in recovery (approx 10-20 min)
Notes: Will try to get a ruler and a soft tape measure to do a full set of measurements to quantify progress. Will also buy green tea, for both PE but also my personal fitness goals I’m swapping from coffee to green tea

17/10:
PI: Neutral PI.
Exercises: 10 min warm up, 7 min stretch, 12 min jelq
Heat therapy (5-10 min)
Notes: Slightly concerned at continued neutral PI’s with little positive PI’s. Am going to try and keep applying heat therapy to alleviate any injuries that could occur.

18/10:
PI: 50% morning wood. 70% night wood (woke up during night). However, contracted later and felt hard flaccid. Mixed PI’s. Will apply heat therapy to ensure signs stay positive.
Exercises: Deferred kegels for tomorrow for extra rest and to have all exercises on one day.
Notes: Had an afternoon/evening of sex. Stamina held up very inconsistently varying between superhuman and average. Consistency would be nice so more work will be done.

Thanks to both of you. I hoped to try and really just figure out exactly what I'm doing and why so I can get a good idea of whats effective and why I have gains/the lack of them. I'm more or less simply following the beginners routine again but I hope that if I am successful the reasons might lie in something within this blog. Or alternatively the lack of success may be explained. Anything I may have left out which I could include to add a little bit more detail would be great. Heres a note for this week: finally have a method of online payment so shall be buying aaron's ebook! I'm sure that will keep me good and motivated.

19/10/09:
PI: Neutral
Exercises: 10 min warm up, 7.5 min stretch, 13 min jelq
70 kegel (1-3 seconds)
Heat therapy (10 minutes or so)
Notes:

20/10/09:
PI: Neutral
Heat therapy
Notes: I generally think I am starting to see a more consistently bigger flaccid hang. Not as necessarily flaccid growth, but a lower variation of size focused towards the upper end of the spectrum. A positive sign I think although no proof of this.

21/10/09:
PI: 50% morning wood. Neutral/Positive PI’s.
Exercises: 10 min warm up, 7.5 min stretch, 14 min jelq

22/10/09:
PI: Positive. 50% night wood (woke up at midnight). 50-80% morning wood.
Exercises: 75 kegels (2-3 seconds)
Heat therapy
Ejaculated
Notes:
-Kegels took 3:36 which means kegels were 2.88 seconds. When including the brief off period between kegels I have decided to try and periodically measure time to ensure I’m on track.
-Bought the card necessary to get Remek’s book tomorrow when it activates. I might start taking note of when I ejaculate as it may be a contributing factor. Need to measure soon to get an idea of where I’m at.

23/10/09:
PI: Positive. Night wood/Morning wood (hazily woke up between midnight and 6am)
Exercises: 10 min warm up, 4** min stretch, 16 min jelq
Heat Therapy
Ejaculation
Notes: Erection level went way too high during stretching, moved into jelqing where it probably exceeded the recommended range. Will wait to see if any side effects or injuries occur as result

24/10/09:
PI: Neutral. Slight Turtling.
Exercises: 80 kegels (2-3 seconds)
Heat Therapy
Ejaculation
Notes: I am still able to obtain an erection so do not believe they are negative. Will basically apply heat therapy all day to ensure I recover well. Lower ejaculation volume, might wait for that to recover. I felt quite fatigued after the kegels so I might slow down how fast I escalate those.

25/10/09:
PI: Neutral. 50% night wood. However, metal rod feeling.
Exercises: Heat Therapy (over course of day approx 15-20 mins)

Notes: Its my log so I’ll write what I want. I’m a university (college for those of us in the US) student, and find Heat Therapy is easy to do whilst studying. So lock the doors and keep those PI’s positive. Also, even with that metal rod feeling and turtling I have found it is a bigger turtle than it previously. A positive spin on a slightly negative PI.

26/10/09:
PI: Positive, solid morning wood.
Exercises: 10 min warm up, 5.5 min stretch**, 4 minutes jelq ****
80 kegels (2-3 seconds)
Ejaculated
Notes: Positive PI’s, I attribute to the massive amount of heating yesterday, I posted a conservative estimate of the heating time as it was achieved over a few different periods throughout the day. By heating whenever I got that ‘steel rod’ feeling and trying to eliminate it I think I allowed to recover faster.
** - got too high an erection level partway through, might try to split up my stretching and jelq routine during the day perhaps?
**** Got a burning sensation, not unpleasant but very hot, stemming from the testes whilst jelqing so stopped immediately. I might put this down to lube although I’ve never had this problem before. Will continue planned routine tomorrow to see if it reoccurs.

27/10/09:
PI: Positive, solid morning wood.
Exercises: Notes: Did not perform exercises due to complex time constraints. Will perform routine tomorrow. This is the first session I’ve missed and hopefully the last.

28/10/09:
PI: Neutral.
Exercises: 10 min warm up, 9 min stretch, 18 min jelq
85 kegels (2-3 seconds)
Notes: Got too erect during jelqing, stopped for a minute tops and then continued. This happened as a result of erection level lowing and mentally trying to keep it up. I am pleased with the mental control I am getting.

29/10/09:
PI: Positive. Night wood. Morning wood
Notes:

30/10/09:
PI: Positive. Night wood.
Exercises:
90 kegels (2-3 seconds)
Notes: Kegels took 4:05. 2.72 seconds each one. Delayed routine to tomorrow, found strapped for time as a personal issue came up. Might try a (Monday Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) routine next week to ensure 4 workouts.

31/10/09:
PI: Positive. Morning wood
Exercises: 10 min warm up, 10 min stretch, 19 min jelq
Ejaculation x 2

1/11/09:
PI: Neutral/Negative. 2 Red Pinprick spots
Exercises: 95 kegels (2-3) seconds
Heat Therapy
Notes: I attribute this to the ejaculation which may have pushed me over edge. I am quite certain with some heat therapy I’ll be fine by tomorrow’s routine.






**I know I'm slack at measuring, still haven't done initial measurements which is lame as I'm convinced I've made girth gains. I need to go find a soft tape measure to start doing Girth measurements. I'll try to get onto this within the week, there is no excuse really. Either way, I'm pumped to go as a result of these perceived gains and as long as I'm motivated and gaining, thats all that is really important. However I do like to contribute to the community where I can so I'll get my ass into gear and get measuring.

2/11/09: Monday
PI: Positive. Morning Wood. Night Wood (?) – was a little hazy when I woke up, so who knows.
Exercises: 10 min warm up, 10 min stretch, 20 min jelq
Notes: Also switched to green tea, maybe that’s where my perceived girth gains come from? Just ideas to look into.

3/11/09: Tuesday
PI: Neutral
Exercises: 10 min warm up, 10 min stretch, 21 min jelq
100 kegels (2-3 seconds)
Heat Therapy
Notes: Had negative PI’s post workout (steel roddish, slight turlting – no pain or severe negative PI’s), will try to heat zealously through the afternoon and evening to alleviate them.

4/11/09:Wednesday
PI: Neutral
Heat Therapy
Notes: Will continue to apply heat therapy in order to try and speed up healing process and recover more effectively. Hopefully I’ll be experiencing positive PI’s again tomorrow.

5/11/09: Thursday
PI: Neutral PI’s. Will continue workout as planned and see how PI’s go. I had solid hang after finishing yesterday and alright hang and EQ this morning.
Exercises: 10 min warm up, 10 min stretch, 22 min jelq
100 kegels (2-3 seconds)
Heat Therapy
Ejaculation
Notes: I’m going to stall my Kegel program for a week without advancement, just to make sure each of my 100 kegels is truly effective and is being held properly. I don’t believe the PI’s really hold for the Pelvic Floor muscle as an indicator of where you are at so I’m going to just rest them for a while and slowly escalate them again.
-Ejaculated well after workout, heating afterwards prevented turtling

6/11/09: Friday
PI: Neutral. Had magic jelly feeling most of yesterday arvo/last night so will continue on.
Exercises: 10 min warm up, 10.5 min stretch, 23 min jelq
Ejaculated – always well after my routine. Heated afterwards again to see if it prevented turtling
Notes: Had a good feeling for most of the day, can’t describe it as any more than that. Increased sex drive, good EQ etc.

7/11/09: Saturday
PI: Night wood (not quite morning wood in my books, but a damn good sight to see)
Notes:

8/11/09: Sunday
PI: Positive (magic jelly/plump all of yesterday arvo plus night wood last night)
Exercises: 100 kegels (2-3 seconds)
Notes:

PE Goal of the week: An interesting add-on I’ve started to try and make sure I’m constantly aiming for something. This week, I’m going to buy a soft tape measure to do girth measurements – and finally do my initial measurements!! (Completed today. Woo!) Goal for next week is to make the initial measurements, probably tomorrow.

PE Lesson/Reminder of the week: Another add-on. Ejaculation does not always mean turtling and extra fatigue. When timed right and with heat can lead to really positive PI’s.

Mate I know you know this, but really really important to do that initial measurement. Because you cant tell with the naked eye. You will be sure it looks bigger, but you've got no way of knowing.
And its very helpful when it gets harder to be consistent, to think to yourself, "I've already put on this much already, stay with it!"

So you should take that measurement ASAP (in my humble opinion)

Great log ,but I agree with Rock.
Also would consider taking 15min to get to ejaculation at this point, so edging.
