Firstly, hello everyone out there, certainly gained more knowledge from this site than any other. So the deal is I am moving in with a few mates in 3 months which will make PE'ing pretty hard so I figure if it is ever going to happen the time is NOW. I have been half heartedly jelqing for a few months, thought if I kept a log it would keep my interest going. I have devised a routine for the first couple of weeks that I can always change if I am not happy with something, I am going to experiment with the times that I do the exercises, instead of doing one big long session I plan on doing 3 smaller sessions aday (morning, lunch, night). Theory behind this is it gives the penis time to get back to 100% after each exercise session, I am blessed with the time to be able to do this. My routine to start with is pretty similar to this: Monday - 20min Bathmate, 60jelq, 40kegels, 10min stretch, copters Tuesday -20min Bathmate, 15 towel kegel, 10min stretch, 50jelq, copters Wednesday - 20min Bathmate, 60jelq, 15towel kegel, 10min stretch, 40kegel, 30 jelq Thursday -15min Bathmate, 15min stretch, 15 towel kegel, 65 jelq, copters Friday - 15min Bathmate, 15min stretch, 60jelq Saturday - Rest Sunday - 100jelqs, 15min stretch. 15 towel kegel, 40kegel I bought a bathmate after reading a different site that swears by it, not much mention of it here. Adds to be concerns about it being no good but I don't see how it could hurt as I should still see some gains from the other exercises. Keep in mind I have been jelqing a bit so this shouldn't be a total shock for my penis, hopefully. I am also going to get the blood circulating around my body by going for a few quick runs during the day where possible. Have no supplements at the moment apart from a boring multivitamin so might have to invest in something else there, might get on the green Tea and peppers too. Starting stats: EL: 5"1 13cm EG: 4"75 12.1cm Goal EL 6"0 15cm EG 5"0 13cm Cheers. |

welcome and good luck 1inch. You are in a great place, there are so many knowledgeable people on this board that will help you with your goal. My first bit of advise is that nothing will take the place of hard work and consistency, so get stuck into your training now and worry about the supplements later I'm sure with the right approach you'll have your inch in no time!

Alright well a week late but finally I am off and away on my PE. For the first session I just wanted to get my Bathmate working properly which I am pretty sure I did, it felt nice and got my flaccid at some massive lengths which got me excited. I used the Bathmate for about 15minutes which was about all I could take as I was pumping pretty hard. Later in on the day I did about 80jelqs which was a little difficult as the Bathmate made my penis all squishy and hard to grip but I did them eventually. To finish off with I did a few 30second hold stretches which made my unit feel really good after. It's good to be off and away. |

Second day got off to a bad start when I couldn't use my Bathmate, this pissed me off but I'll get over it. Instead I did 100jelqs and 10minutes of basic stretching, might do a few kegels later.

hey 1 inch when it comes to that pump be careful with how much pressure you use when use it because i have heard that you can possibly pop vessels when to much pressure is used also i my personal opinion from what i have read pumps are dont really help that much i would put much more faith in manuel pe than using a pump but i have heard of some gains from pumps but if they are permenant i do not know but anyway good luck your gains seem very achieveable keep up the good work!

Thanks for the encouragement JS011, yeah I have noticed that with the pump, you can get to some pretty intense suction, I am only going to it feels nice as there is definately the oppurtunity to burst a blood vessel with it.

Day3: Started off using the Bathmate for 15minutes this morning in the bath, can't get it working in the shower yet due to my poor techniques of putting the thing on. Just before I did a warm-up and cracked of 100jelqs and did about 10minutes of stretching. Not sure if it's a PI or not but one of my veins is sticking out more than usual, hoping this is meaning more blood to the penis which means thicker veins which hopefully is going to result in a bigger penis. |

Day4: Tried to use the Bathmate in the shower today and it was a total fail, got it on for about 10minutes. I didn't want to waste this prime PE time so I cracked off 60odd jelqs. Had some pretty good hang after wards until a did a naughty thing with my hand in the afternoon. Just before bed I did 100jelqs and 12minutes of stretching which felt wicked. Really starting to getting into this thing which is good, my jelq technique has improved so much in only a couple of days. Come on gains. |

Day 5: No Bathmate today as I didn't have time for a bath, however I did 100jelqs and did a few 30second stretches. My unit flaccid was bigger than usually. Naughtily I got hard and whacked a ruler to measure, lets just say I was very happy with what I saw. Resting tonight so wont do anymore PE. |
