    Same thing happened with me mate, didnt tell her and she made a comment how it felt big tonight. Yeeehaaa

    I think most people do the measurement on a rest day to give a truer guide. Thats certainly what I do. Pick a method and stick with it though

    Can't keep to a routine!! work, kids and other stuff alone time sporadic to say the least. Well spending a few mins in the toilet every time at work helps i think. one visit stretch. the next jelk.

    Feel bigger but don't want to measure up yet as see little to no growth as it might put me off and it looks like this thing take time, and it's not as if it's not fun along the way hay.. ;-). at least just the thought of being able to be bigger helps in confidence.

    One realy big positive step is that PE has really got me into eating healthy, looking at my vitamin intake and also exercising my PC, that can only be a good thing.

    Good gains man! Measure once a month so dont think about fast gains. Think about making it healthy.

    I managed to measure a 7" BPEL after a good PE session but at 100% errect most measurements have been 6.75".

    Question: everyone's measurements at 100% or about 80~90% i.e not after a heavy pe session.
