ive been thinkin of startin this for some time now. i did my first PE workout this monday. monday, warmup 10mins stretchs, straight, left,right, up 30 seconds each for 5 sets jelq, 4 sets of 20 jelqs. 5 second reps v jelq, 2 sets of 20 edging, 10 mins wednesday warmup stretchs, straight, left right up for 30 seconds each x5 sets jelq 5 sets of 20 reps v jelq 2 sets of 2 reps edging, 20+mins |

stats and crap lool im 18, 5 foot 7 and a bit under 200lbs, bulking again so soon over 200lbs. im a powerlifter like my name says. deadlift specialist. my non bone pressed is 5.2 inches about and erect girth is 5 inchs. i dont think i can give a real flacid measurment due to the fact it always changes haha. in all honesty, id be happy with an extra inch in length and in girth. my goal is 7 inchs non bone pressed and 6 inchs erect girth |

this is my PE split i do the PE workouts 3 times a week. saturday, monday and wednesday. im doing my stretchs for 10 mins and then jelgs and v jelqs. followed by edging. im building up by adding a set of 20 to my jelqs and v jelqs. every workout, i alternate which i add a set 2. once im at 140 jelqs and 80 v jelqs. ill just add 1 jelq per set every time i train. |

Powerlifter be aware that weight gain can increase the fat pad at the base of your penis. While this may not effect your bpel much it will effect your nbpel. Welcome and good luck to you. |
