  • My PE and Body Workouts Journal

    I started my PE routine here back in March 2012, but I took a long break since. There was a thread I had at that time too, but I am creating a new one to start fresh this year. I started doing my previous routines again on January 6, 2014, but I didn't take any measurements until today. So, hopefully I can stay committed this time and keep on track to getting results and joining the group of success stories! Good luck ya'll to your quest to growth!
