Workout tonight was a little rough. I didn't actually count my jelq's but I did them for x number of minutes. I think what I will try is time my jelq's for the next session and then just do that time amount from on. Thinking of getting a pump! Weight: 287

I am still at it just not posting as much. i haven't been as consistant as i would like to because of family and a really long work week last week but I am pushing on. I think i am going to start stretching in the morning and jelqing in the evening. I did order a heat pad http://www.unique-heat.com/ and can't wait for it to arrive. I am so sick of warming up with a washcloth. I think I might be squeezing too hard when stretching but if I don't squeeze as hard as I have been I don't get a good stretch. it actually hurt where my ok grip was... any advice? weight 283 woot! |
