This is the first entry in my log. I started doing PE October 17th. Routine
Yesterday was an off day so tonight I am starting back. The first 2 days I experienced difficulties keeping a 40%/70% erection for Jelqs after my stretches. Starting Stats:

Workout was good tonight. I did the wet jelqs and v-jelqs before my stretching. I think my unit is getting tired if I do stretching first. All in all it was pretty good. I kept 50%-90% erection most of the jelq's... Oh! and my wife was very interested and wanted to watch so she helped me a little which was really fun.. haha |

Tonight I tried to do my wet jelqs and had some issues keeping an erection. I did get about 20 wet jelqs and 80 v-jelqs finished. Afterwards I went straight into stretching. I normally don't have a problem with my erections so it must be all the attention my unit is getting lately. Tomorrow is my day off and then I am right back at it. I think I should probably take a break from sex tongiht and tomorrow but we will see how that pans out. I am starting supplements recommended in JP's beginner routine. Supplements: 1 Super B complex. 1 Multi Vitamin & Minerals. 1 60mg Zinc. 2 500mg L-Arginine capsule. 1 500mg L-Lysine 2 500mg Biotin Last edited by justaninch; 10-21-2009 at 10:32 PM. |

Welcome to the world of PE. It will be a long process but you can do it ![]() When somebody says 5.4 inches, they divide the inch into 0.1 to 1.0 ...5.4 is just below 5.5 (which is 5 1/2). Make sure your jelqs are performed at a low erection level (40%)...It's difficult to keep it there, but you gotta keep practicing. That is a very impressive list of supplements...Maybe you wanna cycle them? That's a lot to be ingesting in one shot. Give it a try, see if it works for you. Also, your starting day is just 2 days after my starting day :P It's been one year for me on october 15th...let me tell you that one year goes by FAST...and you will gain so much in a year. Keep up your hard work. By the way, you have nice starting stats (lots of girth). What is your objective?

This is what I wish I would have posted for my first post on my log. Why do I want to do this? I want to do this for myself & my wife. I guess I want to feel like I am more than the average man. I am a person who has a generally low self esteem. I am hoping that PE along with some of the other things I am changing in my life will help me with my self esteem. This isn't the only reason for PE. There are definitely more "shallow" reasons for me starting into this. I am confident my wife will enjoy sex more and it isn't that she doesn't now... but I feel like it can only get better. I want to feel like a stud after sex. I want her to look at me when I walk in the bedroom and think WOW I am a lucky girl and he is HUNG! I know this probably sounds shallow and stupid but I think it will help me with my self esteem. Plus to be honest I just want a big schlong. What are my starting stats?
What are my goals?
What is my routine? Currently I am doing JP's beginner routine. The only difference is I am doing Jelq's before stretching because my unit is getting pretty tired and it's difficult staying semi erect during my Jelq's. I am also doing 2 on and 1 off instead of 5 on and 2 off. I am warming up in the bathtub and with a washcloth but am buying a heating pad pretty soon. What supplements am I taking? I am using the supplements recommended by JP with a few extra. 5 days on and 2 off cycle

We are back on track tonight. I had a really good workout & my wife even assisted. I don't know what is going on but I can't seem to keep a semi erection without her. Actually the problem tonight was keeping it down. Normally, during my workouts I have problems keeping a semi. I think my testosterone may be down due to the weight I am losing. I know if you don't eat enough calories your testosterone will drop with your metabolism. This definitely isn't what I want but I am on Nutrisystem and have lost 19 lbs as of this morning. I think I might try to get in about 200 more calories per day. Do you think anything type of supplements will help me? Horny Goat Weed or something of that nature? I am already taking zinc. Good workout today... anyone have any experience with sex mid-workout? I did my wet and v jelq's had sex and then stretched.... I was definitely flaccid and *warmed* up for stretching. My EQ is pretty low though... where can I see the scale? Workout Summary

Today is my day off and it is much welcomed Yesterday BJ Wet Jelq's - V Jelq's Sex Stretch Sex We will see how this turns out...I am turtling some today but I think I might have overdone it slightly yesterday.

Just a quick update. The last 2 sessions have been pretty good. I tried edging last night and it went well. Today is my day off and I will start all over tomorrow
