Post 5 weeks later

It's the end of week 5 and I've had pretty good beginner gains, but loss in EQ:

Starting: 09/12/09
BPEL: 5
EG: 4.25
EQ:90%

Current: 10/20/09
BPEL: 5.5
EG: 4.25
EQ: 70%

I've gain 1/2 inch in length, no gains in girth, and my EQ has dropped considerably. The only I seems to be able to keep it up is during sex... even then it's not as hard as it was before. My exercises were not very intense and I tried to make the intervals pretty random. I haven't done anything the past week, but my EQ is still at about 70%. I think it's more stress and lack of sleep related than anything. My PE started with 10 min warm up, 5min stretching and 10min wet jelq and gradually a min a day to the wet jelq. So my current PE is 10min warm up, 5min stretching and 20 wet jelq. I'll probably stick with this routine until I plateau and then change it up. Any suggestions for increasing EQ?

very nice gains tim! okay well just some back ground on me i am only 18 and i had ed when i started p.e. and i have some eq loose sometimes so what i do to fix that is not have sex for like 3-4 days lay off p.e. for 2 days instead of one and i also take a suppliment called zinc which over time will increase your testoterone levels and drastically reduce the estrogen in your body although it takes a while it is an excellent labido booster as well as a great work out suppliment and with an increase in testosterone will usually lead to an incease in eq because you are much hornier in my case anyway also get some sleep and to realize some stress you could work out which will also help to bring up your sexual drive because of more testosterone in your system also just fyi zinc is a natural suppliment you can buy at wal-mart for 2.50. anyway all these things combined (as well as me quitting a lot of heavy drinking) brought me up from prly a 20% eq to a full 110% raging boner most of the time anyway just thought that info might help a bit because it has certainly helped me good luck tim!

Thanks guys. I'll give the zinc a try. I did try some super b vitamins and L-arginine, but I was getting dizzy so I stopped after a couple days. I later found out that low blood pressure is a possible side effect of L-arginine which could have caused my dizziness. I'm not taking any supplements, but I may try to work them in gradually.

Hey tinytimisbig,
Your post was encouraging and makes me want to become a successful pe'r because I'm one of the few who gains come few and far. Keep the good work up! Your nbpel soon will be what I started with, so don't give up.

Thanks for the encouragement Kneemore. I'm going to stick to my routine for now, but I may add some girth exercises. That's what I would like to increase more than anything. Since my EQ has dropped, I'm just not able to properly measure my girth; it may have also increased. I think I need some rest and relaxation to get my EQ back.
