This is an update on my PE progress for the 10 week Bathmate cementing trial! I have used the bathmate every day since the beginning except for one day - I took the day off completely last week. Also, I am no longer doing 2 bathmate pump sessions per day, because I began to see small red spots and slight purple discoloration (temporary) just after finishing the second pump session. So now I do one 20min session per day, amidst the PE of course... Changes to my routine! --built a homemade repair clamp hanging device http://www.pegym.com/forums/advanced...html#post59085 ... I am on my 3rd day of hanging 5lbs 10min x 3 sets and it is going very well, so far! I have been doing a vertical stretch as you can see in the pictures, to target my limiting factor, which is my TUNICA. good work on the ligs, too --began a modification on a Uli + clamping theories to make this one: http://www.pegym.com/forums/advanced...our-hands.html ... am doing this 3-6 times per session --much more HEAT! warmups between each exercize and during hanging also -=- Sat 10/31 -=- Warmup 10min Light stretching with heat 20min Bathmate Pump -=- Sun 11/1 -=- DAY OFF -=- Mon 11/2 -=- Warmup 20min stretch routine (inner penis stretching focus) 20min Bathmate Pump 25min Jelq variations and my version of "efficient clamping" Warmdown [afternoon session - warmup, light stretching and edging/ballooning] -=- Tue 11/3 -=- the day I built my homemade hanging device!! ![]() Warmup 20min stretch routine, variations with heat 20min bathmate pump 5 reps "efficient clamping" warmdown [afternoon session: hanging 10min x 3 sets, somewhat unsuccessfully on the first try however] -=- Wed 11/4 -=- Warmup 10min x 3 sets @ 5lbs Hanging 'vertically' 20min bathmate pump 20min Jelq variations, efficient clamping warmdown [afternoon session: edging, ballooning] -=- Thu 11/5 -=- warmup 10min x 3 sets @ 5lbs Hanging 'vertically' 20min bathmate pump 5 reps efficient clamping warmdown edging for 15min -=- Fri 11/6 -=- TODAY! warmup 10min x 3 sets @ 5lbs Hanging 'vertically' 20min bathmate pump 20min Jelquing, efficient clamping warmdown edging for 5min I am noticing a fatter, healthier penis. Have not experienced any injuries, although a little purpleness after pumping. Only pain has been slight ball suction during bathmate, which I have gotten better at preventing by adjusting the bathmate the right way I hope I'm on track! I've finally found a great way to edge/balloon that I can maintain a very hard erection for longer periods of time. I mean, my dick points 12:00 straight vertical EQ 10+++!!!! Here's how I do it: 1. I Lube up with Cetaphil moisturizing lotion (this is great lotion that stays slippery for a long time and is docor approved, and my skin is very smooth and healthy )2. Slow masturbation for 10min or so - to warm up the tissues 3. Achieve 100% Erection 4. "Kegelstroke" - this is the secret to the technique. It involves being somewhat high arousal level, close to the PONR. **1 upward stroke with my hand, followed by + 1 immediate Kegel = 1 "kegelstroke" (I don't downward stroke - this would be masturbation and plus would be too stimulating). I repeat step 4 over and over doing between 15min-45min, and it effectively pumps more and more blood in naturally while simultaneously exercizing the PC, and also testosterone and pro recovery nutrients are flowing as well... The internal pressure and blood supply gets to the point where a simple kegel feels like it could explode blood out of your peehole Of course it doesn't but what it does do is give you a RAGING BONER! Doing this after workouts and as afternoon booster sessions. Doing this on a regular basis can lead to much stronger and larger erection level. Now when I get an erection it is a seriously...hard...erection

Well starting the 4th week of 10 week bathmate trial. So far nothing but positive PI's! Increases in every domain. Can't wait to measure... have only missed 2 days of bathmate and PE workout in the last 4 weeks. Some days I have done afternoon PE workouts as well. However I never do multiple Bathmate pumping anymore - don't want to overtrain my cock. Then I would have to take a long break from PE which is NOT what I want. so eeeeeasy does it... |

took today off except for edging and "kegelstrokes". Also, I manscaped the entire area. Trimmed with electronic clippers real short, and WAXED MY DICK!!!! AAAAAHHHH! Week 6 update: 1. I am noticing a larger unit. It hangs longer/thicker flaccid and feels/looks bigger erect also. 2. I am anti-turtle wrapping post workout every day for 4-8 hours 3. Have stuck to 1x set per day Bathmate for 20min 4. New Addition: Have started wearing the repair clamp by itself as an ADS if I have a couple of hours after work b4 the wife gets home. This also I credit to a much longer flaccid. |

Your PE routine is pretty intense. Have you noted gains from the bathmate yet? I want to sell mine :P I like some of the info in your progress log. Keep it up.

I am addicted to my wrapping, LOL. I don't even notice it. When I take the wrapping off, my dick stays at the same extended state it was in while it was wrapped up!!! This is progress for me, somebody who used to turtle all day long after workouts

Heres the latest: I've been doing the latest routine posted, with a couple of additions: 1. Wearing wrapping (ACE bandage lightly wrapped for extension, turtle aviodance) all day every day while not PE'ing 2. afternoons I wear the pipe repair clamp as ADS at 20min intervals with 10min rest in betweeen, usually I get in 4-7 reps per day Trying to increase length...If it is possible lengthwise my ultimate goal would be 9" |
