Hey all - the reason for this thread is to test the idea of Pumping to cement gains

I recently got my Bathmate in the mail, bought on eBay for $75 - however I am not at all involved with the promotion of this item and do not work for the company, I am simply an eager PE consumer like the rest

My history of PE includes some jelq/stretch experimentation from 2003-2008 only about 1-2x per week. Only in the last few months have I been taking it more seriously. Long time ago I measured 5.5" BPEL

Pre-Pump measurements:

OCT 2009: 6.2" BPEL; 5.1" MSEG
Goal: 7.5" BPEL; 6" MSEG

Initial Bathmate review: Wow - after a little experimentation I really found out what "suction" means a good sign - its definitely working. I went into my first pumping session with 50-70% erection for 20min, repumping every minute or so. Definitely engorged after the first session. Better suction seal in the tub, also tried in shower later and worked well there too. Tried once just standing watching TV (sprayed onto the balcony) but it couldn't keep the seal, I think the skin must be wet.

Workout plan for the next 10 weeks:
Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri:
Morning workout
20min Pumping
20min Jelqing/Uli variations
10min HotWrap
20min stretch variations
15min Pumping

Afternoon Workout
20min Edging/ballooning variations
20min Stretch variations
20min Edging/ballooning variations

On wed- only pumping in the morning, along with normal afternoon workout.
On weekend- sat same as wed, take sunday off completely

Will post more soon! This is my second day, and I already notice a difference, I'm not kidding

As you may notice I am emphasizing length by doing 2 stretching workouts per day - I have a ways to go, but don't want to resort to hanging if I don't have to.

BTW - I also do bed fowfers every night for 30min-1 hour. why not it is SO EASY

I've had a bathmate for a few months now....At first, I was really excited like you were. Afterwards, I realized that this thing is crap...I only use it before a workout because it's good warm up device...I dont know, you test it out for a few months and then make a report, I'm eager to read it :P

I have to agree with RadioHead, the Bathmate is really a good warm up device. PE is where you will get results. IMO

I've heard people say it's great and some say it is crap, so I am going to test that out. It may very well be either way -

I merely added pumping to my normal routine, so we will see if it has any effect.

Just curious why you think it is ineffective?

Well the change I've notice most obviously is the nice hang I get all day long. I can wear my running shorts with pride now

As for doing 2 Bathmate sessions (1 before/ 1 after PE session) I'm not sure about that yet. I haven't had any visible problems, very little bruising - although during that second session it feels like my d*ck is gonna explode good i guess

Bathmate tips:

-It works SO MUCH BETTER when it is full of water with no air inside.
-I have been noticing better pump when entering as erect as possible.
-1st day pumped to 135 or so - last night made it past 150!!! could have been b/c I did a stretch session beforehand.

haven't measured yet - waiting til 5 week mark

Another benefit I forgot to mention on the last post and DEFinitely a positive PI:

*Nighttime and Morning wood erections are more frequent and extremely HARD, and they don't seem to go away as easily either - which is really nice for the wife -

Well, usually I will take at least 1 day off a week, sometimes 2...but this week I was so excited about the Bathmate that I did it every day...however I tapered my PE routine a bit so as not to overwork. I have not noticed any negative PI's at all - only slight discomfort re: ball suction during bathmate use.

Going to do a 2-set BM session tonight (15min BM + 5x30sec Uli squeeze at full erection + 15min BM) then hopefully take a day off...although I can't promise I won't do edging to get a good erection level going ;P

I have walked around all day every day with a nicely plump weiner! This is an exciting PI. This may also be due to the increased durations of warming sessions: I now do at least 20min each time, using a warming pad that goes in microwave and stays hot for a long time, I feel this aids in recovery

If I try this i might Edge for 45min before hand to get good DHT levels in my cock because pumping is a major girth exorcise
