did work out yesterday and wil probably do t again 2nite. Furthermore i warmed up with a rice sock and it felt much better. I would like to know if you stick your dick in it or wrap it around your penis

i will measure every second sunday
so not this sunday but the next

It was my rest day today and I am just going to do 150 kegals in sets of 25

Today is sunday so that means measurements
FL 4 1/16, FG 4
EL 6 7/16 EG 4 10/16

All measurements are NBP
I do not know if i measured wrong the first time but after 1 week of workouts i already have slight gains.

Today is another rest day and i will be doing another 150 kegals

Did workout today warmup, warmdown, exercises it's all good.
A quick question is how important is it that i warmup, in the first routine outside of the and on the main page it says to not warmdown. Also can i warmup with a rice sock and warm down with a glass of hot water?
