Hi everyone xfactor31 here. I am guessing my measurements here but i am roughly between 6-6.5 in length and anywhere from 4.5-5inches in girth, which is circumference right? I was going to start JP begginner routine 5 days on 2 days off I am currently weightlifting in a powerlifting style which means heavy weights will this affect gains? I have also never done any penis exrcises before is this a good starting point? Weightlifting will not adversely affect your PE in fact should help it with circulation and lower body fat. Of course, powerlifting does not always equate to lower body fat. The beginner routine gets good reviews here so mark your progress in the Log forum and best to you!

power lifting increases your testosterone more so it should help gains

I have lost a good portion of gains ,at the end of the brake i will be doing : 25mcg -igf every other day along with 6-8 hours of stretches and 30min of 60% erection jelqing and depending how I feel I will add in cialis at 20mg and clamping |

So did my first day of the program and it went like this Hotwashcloth for 5 minutes 20 shakes stretch to the left while doing 25 kegals 10 big circle in left and right motion 20 shakes stretch to the right while doing 25 kegals 10 big circle in left and right motion 20 shakes stretch out 25 kegals 10 circle stretches 20 shakes stretch up 25 kegals 10 circle stretches 20 shakes 50 jelqs 30 v jelqs 50 jelqs 30 v jelqs 50 jelqs 30 v jelqs Hot wash cloth for 5 minutes I cant upload any pics because i am having trouble uploading because the file is to big? I think i am going to retake my measurements every month |

ok will do like what 8 minutes and also what can be used for lube because i used vaseline, can i use baby oil

I use a water soluble lube. Cleans up easily and using just a little water while Jelqing, keeps it active. A good bet is; Suave, with aloe and Vit E. Found in any store.

today i basically did the routine to the T. One question though i jerk off once a day, should it be before after my workout? and wtf is edging i cant find it anywhere? |
