I almost forgot about kegels. I'm kind of taking it easy with these because in the past I think I've overworked them. After much experimentation, I've found that doing just a few good kegels each day is very effective, rather than trying to do 100 or spending lots of time with it. So I'll do a few in the car each day, a few in bed, a few sitting at my desk, at least for a while until I notice that I have gained control and strength.

I am so glad I resumed PE! I've only had a few sessions, but it just feels great and I'm enjoying this new routine. A few notes: 1. Switced to waterbased lube today. I'm using JO H2O Personal Lubricant. Great stuff. I prefer it to oil. The oil feels nice, but it's also not as slick and silky as the H2O. 2. I have a small vein near the corona that gets hard when I masturbate. I've noticed that PE seems to be making the vein smaller and less noticable. I had this experience with heat and stretching last spring or summer. 3. Already my erections seem fuller. It's not time to measure, but I don't think I'm imagining this slight increase in volume. 4. In the past I would count minutes rather than jelqs. Now I'm counting jelqs like this: 1 two three four 2 two three four 3 two three four and so on... I think this is helping me to be more consistent with the pressure and time per each jelq. Boring? Not really and it keeps me focused.

Thanks guys. Domzorz, your gain ratio (length/girth) is inspiring. I'm sure other guys have commented on your girth gain. That's great. Well, I'm taking another rest day. The last two days were great. Notes: I'm working up to 100% erection in between each set of jelqs and v-jelqs. I started doing this, just for the sake of bloodflow, but it occurs to me that this may be a good way to make sure I'm not overdoing. If I can still get a full erection, I'm probably not too fatigued during my workout. Onward.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | 1/13 There are thirteen weeks in 90 days. I guess today marks the end of the first week, thus 1/13. So far so good. I'm definitely in this for 90 days. I've found that a 90 day commitment to other things is a very effective way to change habits. I did it with coffee and now I can't drink the stuff. It keeps me awake even if I drink it in the morning. I've learned to enjoy tea quite a bit though. As with no-coffee, so with PE...at least for 90 days. |

Two days off. I took yesterday and today off because I just felt like a two day rest after my first week is probably a good idea. I'm back on my 2 on/1 off schedule starting tomorrow.
