Wow hotrod i am very impressed with your log thus far very thurough. Well i noticed you were having a bit of trouble keeping your unit in the "sweet spot" while jelqing after probably about a month of jelqing it shouldnt be a problem but until then what i used to do was actually let it blow up to a 100% eq while i was jelqing because about every 10 jelqs i would gain another 10% eq and by the time i hit 100 i was at 100% and then i would do some keagels to push even more blood into my unit then i would give it a good 30 second rest and repeat after doing this for about a month you will gain pretty good control over your erections because it incorporates keageling as well as jelqing into one excercise but be careful not to get to hard we dont want to pop a vessel or anything anyway once you get a bit more conditioned you could also try what i do to add some girth onto your unit. Basically you jelq to 100 reps at about 1-2 secs per rep then keagel then ok grip your unit at the base then keagel once more and it will basically supremely pump up your unit to 110% eq i attribute this excercise and omega-3's to my girth gains in my unit as well as a few uli's here and there any way hotrod keep up the good work hope to hear your success story in 3 months!

Hey thanks for stopping by JohnSmith011 and thanks for the tips. Coming off a rest day with no penile stimulation at all for 47 hours. I was ready for a workout. I always feel a little better during and after PE and that's a good thing. My erections were a little bit out of control today: two factors - 1. the pinup art I had ready just in case turned out to be more arousing than I thought it would be 2. almost 2 days without masturbation probably made me hornier. My workout was much longer today as a result. I'm also dead tired from not sleeping enough this week so I've been scattered and everything has taken longer today. Good sign that even when fatigued I'm getting some powerful erections. I chose not to masturbate after my session and unless I get a burst of energy tonight, I'm just gong to bed early. I'm getting better at the perineum jelqs and I'm doing a total of 30 during my session now. Someday maybe I'll talk about them in more detail, probably not a beginner exercise, but I have some experience with these and I take it very easy. I was just reflecting on some things: I've committed to 90days, but I know now that I'm in this for the long haul. It occurred to me that one year from today I will still be doing PE and probably still working toward my modest goal. I'm just trying to keep this in perspective. One trip around the sun. It's not unheard of that I'll reach my goal by then, and I'm thinking that one year minimum is looking like a more realistic commitment AFTER I complete these first 90days. I'm already confident that I'll stick with PE this time. I'm coming up to the end of week three tomorrow. I've said this before, but it seems like I've been doing PE longer than that. I still have 4 more weeks before I measure. I want to get at least halfway through my 90 days before I measure. Post-PE sensations today very much like the last few sessions, sort of tingly. Another HolyShit!™ erection a couple hours after PE. I know my cock is getting bigger. And it feels better. I'm really enjoying it. Massive orgasmic power from deep in the pubic muscles. Those erect kegels are getting easier my final set today I bounced a sock up and down and got nowhere near failure. I'm going to gradually increase the load on those. I'd say the one day of rest is sufficient. Everything seems to be going great. This reminds me a little of my progress with running and fitness goals. It feels familiar.

Thanks Jayhawk. Another day of rest tomorrow. Today ends my first 3 weeks of PE. I'm still a beginner. PI: Expansive Erections. I don't know what else to call this effect. If I'm erect and stroking it, I've noticed that my penis seems to swell, like squeezing a water balloon very gently - the same effect. Squeeze a water balloon gently and you'll see the other end swell slightly. All of my erections have this quality. There is a max erection where I don't really see this so much, but a normal full erection does this now. The swelling effect seems to be hinting at growth and so I'm getting a good visual of things to come. That's what it looks like anyway. I don't recall any of my erections having this quality before I started PE. I've been noticing this for at least maybe a week, but just noting it here now. I think it's important. Everything's going great. |

Today was a great workout because my heart wasn't really in it, but I did it anyway. I'm tired and it's later than usual PE time. I also did a lot of masturbating on my rest day which was a lot of fun with the new EQ, but I will probably make a point of taking it easier on rest days. It may have been a little more difficult to maintain erection level during PE tonight because I kind of drained myself sexually these last couple days. But all in all I'd say this was a good workout, just didn't feel as great about because I'm a little wiped out. Ah well, live learn and live some more. |

Today is a rest day. I've noticed a few things. 1. When I start to get a little bit of an erection in my pants during the day, it's more difficult to hide. My partial erections are probably a little fuller, but they are also harder. It's not just the penis beginning to fill with blood. 2. My normal erections outside my pants really aren't noticably different, until there's about a minute of stroking with lubricant. THAT'S when I notice the difference in my size. I think those two things are very important. I'm not sure quite what they mean yet. Maybe this is just how you first start to notice changes. 3. I've been doing erect kegels with a sock hanging on the tip of my glans. I point almost straight up now. I find it difficult to tire of these erect kegels, so I'm definitely laying off today. Other notes: my penis has more bounce, extremely powerful distance ejaculations. I've also been hornier and happier with my body. Morningwood! This was the first time in a while that I've noticed this. As in the post above the erection level was just stiff, not fully engorged - probably normal morningwood experience. Even as a teenager I don't think I woke up with a full on raging hard-on.
