Hey everyone.
I`m going to start JP begginner routine 5 days on 2 days off starting this monday....pretty excited.
My starting pt and goals are below...i really dont have a cemented goal, like i would like to be as big as possible...like shane diesel...no homo lmao. what do u think would happen if you did it for 10 yrsÉ lolol. and should i stop jerking offÉ

Starting Nov 2 2009:
Length - 6.8
Girth - 4.85

Goal 1. June 9 2010:
Length -7.5
Girth - 5.5

Goal 2. Nov 2 2010:
Length - 8
Girth - 6

Just completed my first workout day. It went pretty good for the most part. These are the exercises I did:

Hotwashcloth for 8 minutes
20 shakes
stretch to the left while doing 25 kegals
10 big circle in left and right motion
20 shakes
stretch to the right while doing 25 kegals
10 big circle in left and right motion
20 shakes
stretch out 25 kegals
10 circle stretches
20 shakes
stretch up 25 kegals
10 circle stretches
20 shakes
50 jelqs
30 v jelqs
50 jelqs
30 v jelqs
50 jelqs
30 v jelqs
Hot wash cloth for 8 minutes

I am a bit skeptical about this whole thing but I am hoping for the best. I also have one concern regarding one of the exercises. I don't really feel that I am doing the v jelqs properly, does anyone have any pointers? V jelqs are for girth right? So which is the best girth exercise I could do to replace v jelqs? (I know theres a list of them on the site, I'm just asking for an opinion )

Looks like a good routine. "V" jelqs are best done sitting or standing. The only way i can help you is for you to decribe how your doing the "V" jelq.

I'm doing it basically like normal jelqs except im not closing my fingers, which I know is probably not proper technique

You do the "V" Jelqs straight up. This is a combination girth/length exercise.
The pressure is applied with the sides of your fingers, with the bottom of the shaft, riding in the "V". Do these with about 30-40% erection.

Alright thanks alot Jon. I did my exercises today even though I had a tight schedule so I'm proud of myself . Same 8 min warmup and cooldown + exercises.

Alrighty, did the same exercises and warm up/down today. The v-jelqs were much better but I still have to get use to them. I noticed that it kinda takes me a while now to get hard though. Like before I would just touch it and I would get a full blown boner :P. Is this a good thing or bad thing?

Hey everyone, things are going pretty good with the exercises, doing them religiously. I'm going to do a two weeks measurement on sunday so I'm really excited for that. I was just wondering if I could put an extra girth exercise into my routine or can I replace the v-jelq with another exercise. If so which exercise should I use? Thanks

I just did my week 2 measurements and I am pretty satisfied. Here are the results:

Length: Original 6.8, Today 6 15/16
Girth: Original 4.85, Today 4 14/16

I have some subtle gains but they could be due to the fact that I was not 100% on the day of my original measurements. Nevertheless, I received a big confidence booster with today's 2 week measurement. Hopefully things continue to go good when I hit the big one month mark.
