I LOVE fowfers!....ive now incorporated about 10-15 mins of fowfers into my routine, as it works my Flacid Length very well....and it advocates a downward flacid hang which is what im looking for....i fowfer right after my workout, and then warm down again, with success already.

After about 6 weeks of "half-assed" PE, i think i have gotten pretty good with my technique. Also, i have started to count my amount of jelques, only to realize 10 minutes wasnt nearly the amount of jelques required in JP's routine. So, i did 130 jelqs altogethor and it took me 20 minutes, so i decided that was enough and stopped. Also, im trying out different things to see what right for me, and gives me the best plumpness. Like, im trying different jelq seconds time, like instead of doing 8 second, i tried 3 today and had success. Also, i havnt looked at porn in a while, so it is hard to measure, because ive been so used to having porn get me aroused that without it, i cannot reach the same EQ level. I measured last night though and had: At best EQ i could maintain(9.0), i was at 5.6" NBPEL, and 5.0" EG(.1" smaller than previously measured, i know) So, now that i think ive mastered the routine, im optimistic for a .2" gain by the new year. Also, when i do get a perfect EQ, or an 11, my penis looks gigantic, and about 6", but by the time i measure, its gone(mental thing).

After 7 days off, im back at it again, hoping to go strong for a few months, with NO distractions!

After not doing PE since about 12-20, im hoping to go for a year strong now, no distractions....i started up again today.
