Okay so I'm back to a PE schedule. Started this week from scratch. My length is 5" BPEL my girth is approx 3" to 3 1/2". I had previously estimated my size and now found that I'm even smaller than I had thought. Not too worried about it tho. My routine is as follows for the next three weeks. 15 minute warm up 3 sets of streches, up, down, straight out, left, right. 30 seconds each. 6 minutes jelq 100 to 200 kegels every other day. I saw gains before, hoping to see them again. EQ is down lately but stress and anxiety have contributed, (those issues now resolved hence back to schedule). My goals clearly stated are 6" BPEL and 4" girth. I don't want the world, mind you I don't plan to stop when I reach those either. Thus far only one day of PE and I have that slightly plump feeling and heaviness that I love so much after PEing. Also on bathroom breaks I've taken to doing 10 very light JAI stretches as well as start stops. Heres hoping gents. I'm putting on a positive mindset this time, not the poisonous one I had before. Hence the entirely new log. For my jelqs I've been doing a kegel as I grip the base the push a little blood in, is this a good practice or bad? nice slow 5 second strokes. Anyway, its nice to be back guys. I'll update at least once a week as to feelings, PI's, NI's etc. See you soon.

Man what a great attitude. You've chosen your attitude and chosen well. So much of stress and anxiety is a choice so keep reminding yourself when you get negative of the path you want to be on. Your completely right, when your down, everything else seems so much harder and quite irrelevant. And if you need motivation, feel free to use the forum as a shoulder to lean on, I for 1 will help where I can. Good luck with your gains, I'll watch with great anticipation |
