Stolen from the welcome thread. Hello. I guess I'm going by Organic here. I've known about PE since mid '04 but just didn't feel I had the privacy to do it. I'm not on my own and I feel I have the time and the privacy to really work at this. Tonight is going to be my first PE session in years. I'm going to start it off really slow. 10 minute warm-up 10 minutes of stretches 10 minutes of jelqs 10 minute warm-down with kegals inbetween. Going to do 2 on 1 off or maybe even 2 on 1 off then go to WF and off for the weekends. Depends how I'm feeling but once I feel comfortable I'm going to start JonPop's Beginner guide 90 day 2 on 1 off the entire time. I also try to do a kegal routine of 100 quick kegals 50 2 second kegal holds 50 5 second kegal holds and 1 50 second kegal hold every other day or so. I'm starting off around 5 1/2 BPEL 5 1/2 EG 5 3/4 BPFSL Short term goal is 6 1/2 by 6 with a long term goal of the typical 8x6. Nice to be apart of the community. I've done 2 days on and this is my off day. I was almost going to start extra easy (or maybe I was feeling lazy) with a 1 on 1 off and taken yesterday off and I'm glad I didn't. I did a little edging both sessions trying some new lasting tips I've read on the forums. I came both days but still today I felt plump maybe the entire day.. Talk about great for the self esteem. This is going to be such a unique adventure for me as I'm not the most sexual person. I've gone months and months without even the urge to jack off. Usually I would end up jacking off because I'm afraid it'll come out as I sleep. I really hope I stick with this. =) |

good luck! Dont stress yourself out, if 1 on 1 off is all you can do, so be it, its still 7 times per fortnight which is better than before! Keep us posted, and welcome to the forum!! |

Jayhawk, your sig is funny as hell lol. First week done, went pretty well. It does take a lot of time, I don't know what I'm going to do next week when I'm working more overtime but like someone else said If all I can do is 1 on 1 off it's better then nothing. After this next week I want to go into the 90 day program, I think 2 weeks is enough to warm up to that.. 15-30 days into the program I plan to start wrapping. Everything going good so far physically and emotionally, thank you guys for the encouragement. |

Well, I think I've been at this for a little over 2 weeks. I'm already just about 6 in both length and width. Girth needs to slow the hell down otherwise I'm going to be too afraid to keep on jelqing. I don't know if I'm just being paranoid but I think I'm overworking my dick. I know it's harder to get erections though I think I'm just not as horny as I was when I started. Emotionally it's very hard for me to get into it without porn. I almost didn't do a PE session tonight but I turned on the porn but I stopped watching after I got an erection.... I guess that's a compromise... Fuck ! Oh well, At least I've been pretty on schedule. I took a few days break before I started the 90 day beginners guide. I wonder if I'm ready for it. My dick feels very fatigued right now after tonights session ! Is that a good sign or a bad sign ahaha... Wooo ! Maybe i'll make the 1 month 1 inch club ! This is more gain then I remember seeing way back when I did PE years ago. |
