So, I found this site recently.. I had heard of PE and never really thought that there was anything behind it or else why isn't everyone growing a bigger dick.. right? However, after reading over some of the forums and seeing that real people are having success with this I decided.. why not? I have some extra time I can waste in the shower. So, I started about a week ago.. tonight is my first night back on after what im going to call the first week of JP's 90 day routine (I was somewhat doing it for a few days then took a day or two off.. then started again and it took talking to a mod to make sure I was doing everything right and not gona mess up my member as I've noticed a few others put themselves at risk. That would suck.) This is where its gotten interesting for me though. My starting stats as of about 2 weeks ago were: FG - 10.6cm FL - 10cm EG - 11.6cm EL - 14.7cm I didnt know about BPEL as I hadn't done enough looking around on here yet. So, roll forward about a week and did some more measurements as I had noticed a change already and was interested after only a few actual days of PE and not even the whole proper thing. FG - 11.4cm BPFL - 11.5cm EG - 12.4cm BPEL - 15.5cm So, obviously the BPEL and BPFL will be larger than the previous FL/EL, but my girth has noticeably jumped. I think part of the EG is due to EQ.. everyone has noticed im sure that when you first start PE your erections seem much stronger and harder, seen that comment in several places. So, again roll forward to this past friday.. first day off of JP's 90 day routine.. but I was bored and decided to entertain myself and midway through, why not some edging? To spare the details, I thought I looked big.. so I took 2 quick measurements but remeasured 3 times due to my surprise. BPEL - 16.5cm EL - 15.2cm I didn't think to measure girth which I wish I would have. Now, I know those aren't HUGE changes.. however nearly a quarter of an inch to a solid 6 inches from 5.8 EL and well nearly a half inch onto my BPEL is a great start in my opinion in just a week or two. I understand part of this is possibly by error on my part in my initial measurements, but not by much if there is. I figure from reading and just general feelings that my ligaments down there were and are still very tight and have a lot of loosening to do as I can just feel it hanging differently instead of all taught. I have somewhat of a birthmark that used to sit right above my shaft on my stomach but it is now at the base of the pole. Basically, im pretty impressed with the routine and excited to see where I get with this as I've never really felt small.. since I've known that I was right on or around the average size. However, I have always wanted a little more size for myself just to have that extra something in the bedroom.. never had any problems in that area, but I just think it might be fun for myself to see that look that is always on a girl's face in a porn when she is getting stretched a bit. So, my current hopes and short term goal for the JP's 90 day routine is to hopefully be one of the lucky 40% who see their first inch gain in the first 3 months.. add to that whatever girth comes along for the ride and I will be EXTREMELY happy. My overall goal is somewhere between 7.5 and 8 in length by 5.5 to 6 in girth.. hah who wouldn't want the highly touted 8x6! but i'll be happy with anything over 7 to be honest. |

ok i learned that nothing is more valuable than a good lube.. had used soap as i do my PE in the shower after the gym (no not the public showers! get your minds out the gutter! hah) but yeah.. while it feels like its doing the job fine.. definately too much friction involved.. had to stop after a set short on jelq's the other night but i went and got some of that baby oil gel that i've seen recommended and it seems to be doing much better. on a sidenote.. i played around with ballooning the other night after reading about it on here.. i decided i want to switch off on ballooning and edging (im already really close to being able to hold off ejaculation.. i figured out that my kegel starts to feel fatigued almost like im not flexing the PC anymore but I realized thats just kind of a burn like when doing a curl and I just need to tighten it up and push on through).. the only problem is im having trouble sticking to my guns with the ballooning and it has become more of an attempt at ballooning which ends up becoming edging cuz i just cant put the thing away.. like a little kid that just discovered himself all over again... but im definately seeing some results and i can also feel im getting a workout down there.. i think i may need to switch my routine to something more along the lines of the 2 on 1 off instead of 5 straight before 2 off.. it seems as if i might be an easy gainer at the moment and my body is telling me to give it time to heal up. i'll see how my PE goes after the gym tonight.. maybe it will be a day off. |

PE went good tonight. I dont have a problem with getting erect during the sessions like I did the first time. I actually have a question that spawned from anothers post. When I PE I don't really get an erection at all, maybe toward the end of a set.. I thought we weren't supposed to so I have attempted to maintain as flacid as possible. I think mainly the only hardness I get is due to the blood that has been forced into the penis, and honestly its not "hard" or a typical erection.. just engorged, at the end of a set if I am sticking at anything above 90 degrees I let it sit for a second and do the helecopters longer until there is enough blood that its only engorged at a downward facing 45 degree angle or less (and thats partially because its resting on my nuts.) So, my question is.. Is this the correct way to be doing my PE or should I attempt to get an actual erection? Thanks in advance guys. |

got a 13cm EG tonight while edging.. thing im starting to notice is my head stays engorged now and is starting to feel like theres something there.. prior to this i never really thought about it.. but when having sex my head would get somewhat engorged but as soon as it came under a constant pressure or was squeezed alot of the blood would leave it.. not anymore.. its crazy the differences im seeing in this short time.. its like im packing a larger size already... hopefully these gains keep on coming and can be cemented.

3rd week of PE.. definately notice a girth increase.. flaccid actually hangs now instead of turtling.. few things im experimenting with.. reverse keggel during jelqs on left.. keggel during jelqs on right. something that i forgot to try again today that I did on my last PE session last week that seemed to feel like it was having a positive effect was during ok grip jelqs switching between pulling a little up/down and a little side/side during the jelq.. feels like its giving a good extra stretch.. but have to be careful that not gripping too hard. it can be done carefully.. just have to pull more to the side then straight out.

i ramble sorry.. just a few observations for myself. 5th session of the week done and so completes my 3rd week! flaccid has shown such a huge improvement.. im starting to wake up often with erections.. i havent had morning wood this much since i was 15. my girth has also gained a lot.. when i get "normal" hard it is noticeably larger than it used to be.. the one thing i've noticed is it takes me a little more time to get as hard as i used to.. would make sense to me since my girth has increased and same with length so it needs more blood. i can actually feel the blood surging into my penis now tho when i start to get erect. im trying not to get tooooo excited about the changes i've noticed so far.. i want to give it a couple more weeks and see what happens and how it feels and looks on my off days. oh another thing i've noticed is that it seems my penis is beginning to think for itself and autoballoon to an extent.. not at all to the point where i get it when i do my edge/balloon thing.. |

adding 2 sets of 50 jai stretches to my routine starting tomorrow.. tonight is going to be a day off as my body was telling me should be during last nights workout.

havent been on here in a bit.. my routine has been kind of random with the holidays and other issues.. I am kind of on a 3-4 on 1 or 2 off 2 on 1 off routine.. but its just random sometimes i do 2 2 on 1 off sometimes i do 4 on 2 off 3 on 1 off im just really trying to continue PE without taking too long of layoffs although I think i had a 3 off stretch possibly around christmas.. but im not positive. anyways.. another thing thats been hindering me is i've been kinda depressed cuz I injured my shoulder (rotator cuff) while lifting prolly a month and a half ago and was just working through it dropped my weights lower and was attempting to correct shoulder impingement by strengthening all of my minor muscles.. well while doing some pullovers about 3 weeks ago my muscles fatigued faster than expected and gave out toward the end of my last set.. pulling my right shoulder into an awkward and fast let down.. no shot of pain tho or continuing pain even after that so i figured my muscles were just fatigued and i got lucky.. i did take about a week off after that tho when my shoulder felt kinda week.. well i played basketball instead of lifting all week actually.. so i did 2 workouts just b4 christmas dropped about 30 pounds off my dumbells to be safe.. felt fine.. slight shoulder stiffness and soreness afterwards but nothing bad.. yesterday went into lift after doing a little research as i have really been noticing shoulder instability... well it looks like i have injured my teres minor.. im still hopeful its not a complete tear as i just ended my medical last month.. gona give it 2 weeks off completely on upper body and just do legs and core.. and then start a rehab routine i've found a lot of good excercises for it online and on bodybuilding.com read up and got a little advice from some builders as well.. also got some supplements that aid in joint health and repair.. soooooooooo this gives me about 3-4 hours back a day atleast 4-5 times a week!.. guess i can focus on my PE a little more lol.. some reason I thought I was a lot closer to the end of my JP 90 day routine.. but it seems im only 2/3rds of the way pretty much.. just found out about a week and a half or 2 weeks ago that i'd been doing half the ammount of regular jelqs I was supposed to do.. whoops.. but also good as I was wanting an increase as I felt like my body needed a booster after getting used to what i was doing. this is what my routine currently looks like -jump in hot shower.. -25 jai stretches as soon as I have gotten my shower temp exactly where I want it and what not.. -take my time washing so I get a decent ammount of time to warm up -stretch holds to each of 4 directions (left, right, straight out, up) w/ 25 keggels during each stretch, followed by 10 extreme circular rotations clockwise/counter -50 jelqs (100 strokes) -50 lambda jelqs (50 strokes) *added these since my upper side has been holding me back I believe.. notice instantly after doing these that i hang lower and at a straighter angle I LOVE THESE THINGS!!! THANKS KINGPOLE!!!! -30 v jelqs (90 strokes) *the jelqs are all followed by helicopter spins and done for 3 sets -end with attempting to get a full erection and try to get to the ponr just one time.. but I have trouble in the shower.. for some reason my body has never liked doing anything in the shower unless i've got a real hot girl in there helping out lol im also trying to get in about 10jai stretches after taking a leak when I can to bring my total of jai stretches up to about 50 a day.. but havent really been hitting that mark or coming close |
