11/20: Took the day off. Random kegels throughout the day. 11/21: Took the day off. 100 kegels before I slept. 11/22: 15 min warmup with rice sock stretches in each direction with 30sec holds helicopters in both directions 10 circle stretches in each direction 2 sets of 50 jelqs and 2 sets of 30 vjelqs, alternated Possibly 5 minutes of edging didn't time it I was interrupted so I couldn't do my last set or warmdown |

Lastly I start at a 10 second count and go up to 20. Minute breaks between each hard flex. |

I'm having trouble doing my 5 day routine and two off. Its been tough this week. hopefully this week will be better. ![]() I am taking 2 pills of the kirklaand Omega 3 pills and one calcuim Caltrate due to the zinc in it. Lazy on getting the other ones. |

I am really angry at myself. I would love to get on a 5 day 2 day off work out routine but its hard cause of life. Also the days I do have time I don't always have privacy. My mom was tripping on me the other time when I was in the bathroom for an hour. Yes unfortunately I live at home still and my parents are extremely nosy. Will I still make progressive gains with a chopped routine like this? Or should I just wait until i get my own place? Comments |
