Hi guys. I'm starting a log because one day it'll be nice to look back on, so long as I keep it up of course. I don't mean that in a punny way. I started PE two years ago but had to give it up three months in due to privacy issues. Recently I've been able to spend more time alone and thought it'd be a great chance to get back into PE without people wondering why I spend so much time in the shower. I had issues with size when I was younger. Not only am I a virgin but I'm also a quiet, small guy; so locker rooms in high school were my own personal hell. Other people seeing my penis was a worse scenario than every doomsday movie you've ever seen to me. Since then I've grown up a little and realized that I was perfectly average in the pants-secret department. Still though, if you have the choice, would you rather be average or above average? That's why I'm here. No ED, no "micropenis", no insecurities-I just want to be better than normal. I'm planning on doing a slightly different routine than Jpop's. I don't think it's bad; I'm just used to doing the one from Thunder's Place. Kind of. Needless to say my routine is very bare bones mostly because I'm going with the "Less is more" theory: 10 Minute warm-up Manual stretch in all five directions (Five repetitions) 10 Minutes of wet Jelqing 10 Minute warm-down Very simple. It goes without saying that It'll change when I need it to but it's working fine for now. I'm planning on measuring every two weeks but I sometimes pull out the ruler anyway just to make sure I'm not reading it wrong or something. My beginning measurements are: BPEL 6.125 (1/8; I know the three decimal places look stupid) NBPEL 5.75 MSEG 4.875 Goal: 7 x 5.75, although really if I get stuck after I hit 5.5 inches of girth I'll still be very happy. As a special twist ending, I've already been doing this for three weeks. I know I'm supposed to be measuring every two weeks but I figured what the hell and measured a week early. Unfortunately I can't get the bone-pressed measurement right now and I've made no gain in girth, but my non-bone pressed length has gone up to 5 15/16, or 5.937, from 5.75 in just three weeks! Good job! Thanks for taking the time to post. This will help all of us as we try to learn more about what works and what doesn't. I think I need to update my post today so thanks for the reminder!

It's amazing that in the three weeks since I've started this I've had to skip four days because of privacy issues. It's even more amazing that I probably had perfect privacy for about three months before I started this. It'd be nice to go just one week without being bothered. It seems like it affects my first workout back really badly when I miss a day or two. Today I just couldn't stretch. My grip was so bad I might as well just not have fingers. In the past I used a surgical glove, and it worked, but it did seem like my glans took a lot of punishment because of it. I really think (And hope) it was just a one-time thing. Glad to motivate you to update; these logs are my favorite things on the site. Very motivational stuff you know! Speaking of motivational... Those girth gains are insane John. Do you have a progress log? And if you don't, do you mind me asking what you attribute most of your gains to? Girth gains specifically? |

Tonight was much better. I still couldn't quite get a good grip though. Not as bad as last time but, still, not too good either. I'll probably have to start using a surgical glove again but I'll give it a week before I spring for that. Also I really need to change my rice sock. The sock's fabric is just too thin, and when all the rice stretches the sock a little, crushed rice pieces come out of the sock. It's insane enough to stretch and milk your penis; it's even more crazy when you're picking warm rice off it. |

It's been a whole four weeks since I started, and this being the REAL week I'm supposed to measure, I did. Due to more wacky circumstances I could only measure non bone-pressed, and even that measurement is a little dubious (Maybe I'll have enough time later to explain it), but in all four measurements I took I got to six inches very easily! As a recap, I've gained .25" in four weeks! That's an immensely satisfying feeling. Maybe tomorrow things will calm down and I can get good girth and BPEL measurements, but for now I'm more than happy with hitting the six inch mark. The only problem is that, despite how much I've looked for a ruler in the house, I could only find one that stops at six inches. I gotta go ruler shopping. The session tonight was great. No grip problems at all. Also, because it's Thanksgiving, I'll say that I'm thankful for hitting the six inch mark. |

Thanks, Pegasus. It's coming along. It being the holidays, or close to them at least, I've missed three days of PE and I predict this is going to happen a lot over the next month. I'm not saying I want Christmas to be over so I can stretch my penis regularly, but the sooner I can get back into some kind of routine, the better. Still going along with the same routine on my initial post. Measuring day is this Wednesday. That's a ways off but it's a pretty big day. I think those three days off hurt my chances at any kind of gains but there's no need to feel bad about it. Honestly it was nice to have a few days off, as for the majority of the past four weeks I've been right on schedule. Not only that, I think the extra rest days made it that much better to dive right back in tonight. If you go a week without posting you get pushed waaaay further away from the front page than I thought you would. That just means a lot of people keep up with their progress log pretty regularly, which is good, but it also means I'll have to use different ways to find mine rather than clicking through five pages ctrl+f'ing 'super'. |

Today was measurement day. Because I figured I wouldn't be gaining after all those days I didn't PE, I didn't even think about getting a bigger ruler like I mentioned last time. It turns out that was kind of a mistake! Measuring non-bone pressed I came all the way to the end of the ruler, past the little space they leave between the last mark and the end of the ruler. That space is designed especially to annoy people enlarging their penis. Still it makes me look pretty lazy compared to how good I am about PE. It seems like I do the exercises well and when I should; it's just everything else about PE that I mess up on. No big deal though. A slighly rough estimate would be that I'm now at 6 and 1/8. Probably just a tiny, tiny bit smaller than that. Still - great! My girth is still the same as when I started, which means it's been about a month and a half and I haven't gained any girth. I feel like I'll hit my length goal first, then spend the rest of my life trying to get 1/32 of a inch in girth. But when you need to get a new ruler because your dick started hanging off of your old one it's hard to complain. |

Still moving along. Today was the first day I really noticed my gains without a ruler; when I'm erect I look so much bigger than I used to. I know it's only a little more than a quarter inch, but that particular quarter inch looks huge. Not only that; my flaccid seems to hang a little more. Although maybe it's just in my head; I'm more aware of it after all and I think about feeling or seeing a difference, so maybe I'm just tricking myself. It's a great trick though.
