Session #21 1/26: no warmup medium cable clamp with mouse pad strip: 9 min @ 4-6 clicks w/constant stim @ 100%, 4 min break, 9 min @ 4-6 clicks w/ constant stim @ 100%, 4 min break, 5 min @ 7 clicks w/ constant stim @ 60-100% 10 min shower warmdown Observations: Had one darkish blood spot after clamping, but it will probably be gone in a day or two. EG was 5.5 mid-shaft during 2nd and 3rd set; I'm just using the during-workout measurements to make sure that I am getting above normal EG, not in order to mark progress. I'm hungry to progress to more advanced clamping techniques like double clamping, but I don't want to exceed my organic conditioning. I will probably do some more advanced techniques with a single clamp in a couple weeks (say, feb 4th or later), and move onto trying double clamping after I've got 8 weeks of single clamping under my belt (march 14th or later).

Session #22 1/28: 5 min warmup with rice sock medium cable clamp with mouse pad strip: 10 min @ 4-6 clicks @ 100% w/constant stim, 7 min rest (took 1g Tribulus, 1.5g L-arginine, 1g L-Ornithine duing the break), 11 min @ 4-6 clicks @ 100%, 5 min rest, 4 min @ 7 clicks @ 100%. no warmdown Observations: EG mid-shaft was 5.625 during second set. EQ was 7/10 first set, 8/10 or 9/10 second set. On the third I went for a bit tighter, but it caused the wrap to bunch up. I terminated the set a minute early since it was feeling uncomfortable. Now I have a bit of skin swelling in the area near the clamp on the top and sides, so I won't do that again. Not 100% satisfied with my wrap so far. I assume the swelling will go down quickly, but will report back if it doesn't (and treat with some EVO,maybe). After the second set, I had my best level of plumpness so far.

Session #23 1/30: no warmup medium cable clamp with mouse pad strip: 10 min @ 4-6 clicks w/ constant stim, 5 min rest, 12 min @ 4-6 clicks w/ constant stim 5 minute shower warmdown Observations: EG 5.5 mid-shaft during first set. EQ was 7/10 or 8/10. Used 1.5g L-Arginine and 1g L-Ornithine before training, but didn't notice any difference. The L-Ornithine just happens to come in the same tablet. I am skeptical about exogenous L-Arginine affecting EQ anyway, but I will be experimenting with higher dosages in the near future to see if I experience any differences.

Session #25 2/2: no warmup medium cable clamp with mouse pad strip: 13 min @ 4-6 clicks w/ constant stim, 2 min break, 3 min @ 4-7 clicks w/ constant stim. 5 min shower warmdown Observations: Both sets went well, but I think I need to be less reckless with my stimulation because I got pretty extensive (but light) bloodspotting on the top of my shaft afterwards, particularly near the clamp area. I think too much movement while clamped is kind of like doing an overly tight dry jelq in the area near the clamp. In between sets I completely detached and rewrapped in order to test the theory that the closer I am to 100% before wrapping and the more snugly I wrap, the more tightly I can clamp without the mouse pad strip bunching up and causing the bad kind of swelling around the clamped area. I didn't get that kind of swelling this time even at 7 clicks, so I think that theory is correct. EQ was 8/10 during both sets. Also, I've noticed that the wrap works better when I put the rough side facing up toward the clamp, and put the softer side facing the skin. Otherwise, the wrap gets stuck to the skin somewhat and causes more irritation during the clamping, and it hurts a bunch after I peel it off post-clamping. Unless the bloodspots are gone by tomorrow, I'll take the day off or do some light manual girth exercises.

Session #26 2/3: 5 min warmup with rice sock medium cable clamp with mouse pad strip: 13 min @ 4-6 clicks w/ constant stim, 5 min break, 13 min @ 4-6 clicks w/ constant stim 5 min shower warmdown Observations: Measured EG at less than 100% before the clamping session at 5.0625 mid-shaft and 5.5 base. During first and second sets, EG was 5.5 mid-shaft. Bloodspotting was minimal this time, most likely because I was careful with stimulation and held the clamp firmly in place with my other hand most of the time. EQ was 9/10 I'll start doing clamped bends during my next session, probably 30 seconds left/right/up/down.

Session #27 2/5: 5 min warmup with rice sock medium cable clamp with mouse pad strip: 10 min @ 4-6 clicks with bends (D/U/L/R phases, 30 sec per phase, two sets total) w/ constant stim, 6 min rest 2 medium cable clamps with mouse pad strip: 4 min @ C1=6 clicks & C2=5 clicks w/ constant stim, 3.5 min w/o stim 5 min shower warmdown Observations: The bends were a little tricky, but went okay. My notation is supposed to indicate that there was one bend set, which lasted for 10 minutes total clamped in which I did 30 seconds bent down, 30 up, 30 left, and 30 right, and I repeated that whole chain twice total (so, roughly 4 minutes of the 10 minute set were spent bent). After that set I noticed that I had widespread, light bloodspotting, so I wanted to do a relatively easy experimental set with double clamping. That went fine, though the feeling of intensity is certainly more noticeable with more clamps. I was curious to see whether the second clamp would make it such that I would either not lose erection or at least not lose EG while clamped, which is why you see I did 4 minutes with stimulation and another 3.5 without. The second clamp certainly slowed the loss of EG, but it did not prevent it. I'm not planning on seriously incorporating double clamping into my routine for another 4 weeks, but it was an interesting experiment. I liked the bends but I'm concerned about the bloodspotting that took place along the top of my shaft and all around the clamp area, so I need to figure out how to reasonably use the clamped bends without injury. I'll post in this thread if I find out anything useful. BTW it just occurred to me that it must be a hassle if you have really dark skin and want to do PE, since the bloodspots might be much harder to locate. If so, my sympathies for those in this predicament! If anyone reading has come across some sites that have developed terminology related to clamping, I would be interested in checking it out. For instance, I have on occasion experienced something during clamping that I haven't read about before, which I call "wrap burn". It's when the wrap is bound too tightly on the skin during clamping, and as a result the directly affected area will get puffy in a stripe around the shaft. For me, the depth of the puffiness is much smaller than the wrap, maybe 1/16-1/8 in, and it's worse in some some spots than others, i.e. much worse at the top where there is more pressure than at the bottom where there is little. This seems much more likely to happen with any relatively solid wrap material (like mouse pad rubber, as opposed to a sock), and much more likely to happen any time when the wrap starts to bunch up as I clamp down further. This is something I would have like to have heard about more when I read various basic clamping tutorials, including the one at PEGym. :-) Maybe if I get a few more months of clamping under my belt and experiment with a few different wrap materials, I'll write a tutorial about choosing a wrapping material to maximize the utility of the clamping and minimize incidental injury.

Session #28 2/6: 5 min warmup with rice sock medium cable clamp with mouse pad strip: 10 min @ 4-6 clicks with bends (D/U/L/R phases, 30 sec per phase, 3 sets total) w/ constant stim, 5 min rest, 14 min @ 4-6 clicks w/ constant stim with a few freestyle bends 5 min shower warmdown Observations: For no apparent reason, I had little to no bloodspotting today. I think I was slightly more careful with the bends, but reckless with my stimulation, so I have no clue why I was spared from that. Took 1g Tribulus Terrestris and 3g L-Arginine before the session. EQ was good, roughly 8/10 or 9/10. EG was 5.5 mid-shaft during the second set.

Session #29 2/8: no warmup medium cable clamp with mouse pad strip: 10 min @ 4-6 clicks with bends (D/U/L/R phases, 20-30 sec per phase) w/ constant stim, 5 min rest, 10 min @ 4-6 clicks w/ constant stim 5 min shower warmdown Observations: Light bloodspotting after the first set, particularly at the top of the shaft. After the second set I removed the wrap and the skin around the clamp area was much more blue/purple than normal, so I take this as a sign that I should go easy on the vertical bends. That faded pretty quickly, but a while later I was still more purple in some spots than usual. EQ was 7/10 to 8/10. So far I have mixed feelings about the clamp bends. They make the bigger veins pop out in a novel way, but they seem to induce bloodspotting much more quickly. Seems like a tool that I should use every second or third session, rather than on consecutive sessions.

Session #30 2/10: no warmup medium cable clamp with mouse pad strip starting with clamp from flaccid, started timing when at desired erection %: 12 min @ 6-8 clicks w/ constant stim, 5 min rest, 8.5 min @ 6-8 clicks w/ constant stim, 3.5 min w/o stim 5 min shower warmdown Observations: Reverted my wrapping technique back to wrapping while flaccid. I found that by doing this, I can get to a much tighter clamp level. EG mid-shaft was 5.5 during first set and 5.5-5.5625 during the second. EQ was a 9/10, probably due to better clamp management (wrapping and tighter clamping). Lately I've gravitated toward wrapping after getting up to ~100%, but at the urging of a clamping guru, I tried going back to wrapping while flaccid today. To avoid bunching, I tried to wrap very snugly and fussed with the wrap a bit during the sets. Doing this, I was able to get to 2 more clicks down than usual without much Wrap Burn, which is good. Out of curiosity, I stopped the stimulation during my second set before the allotted 12 minutes, and I barely lost any blood at all during that period, which is pretty cool. I feel as if this training effect is closer to what those who I've read about achieving great girth gains are using. I skipped yesterday since I still had some darker bloodspots that hadn't healed properly yet. I think I'll stick with this wrapping style for now.
