Session # 3/13:

no warmup
2 medium cable clamps with mouse pad strip over silicone wrap: 14 min @ {C1: 5-7 clicks, C2: 5-7 clicks}
5 min shower warmdown

Observations: mid EG 5.5625, EQ 8/10

Correct. I haven't found warmups to be consistently useful for clamping. I haven't been doing any manual exercises lately since they seem inferior to clamping techniques. What do you think?

Session #50 3/15:

no warmup
2 medium cable clamps with mouse pad strip over silicone wrap: 8 min @ {C1: 5 clicks, C2: 5 clicks}, 3 min rest, 8 min @ {C1: 5-6 clicks, C2: 5-6 clicks}
5 min shower warmdown

Observations: mid EG 5.5 during first set

That patch of skin hasn't ever had the chance to heal up well yet so I think I'm going to take a week or two off from clamping. In the meantime I'll do some old-fashioned manual work.

Session #51 3/17:

no warmup
10 sets of 60 second holds at base
5 min shower warmdown

Observations: EQ was high, probably 9/10.

No interesting gains measured yet. Sticking to manual exercises until a compound blood spot injury heals up completely, then back to clamping.
