Default g1rthseeker training log

Introduction: Currently 7/5, hoping for 7/5.5, dreaming of 7/6.

My girlfriend loves when we use a girth sleeve after I have warmed up a while, but I figured it would be cool if a little more of that was me.

I started PE back in 2003 but never saw particularly promising results. I'm hoping to get back into it with a regular routine (3-4x/week) and see if I can't actually get some kind of noticeable effect. I would absolutely love it if any more knowledgeable posters would give me feedback on my training methods whenever possible.

Session #1 1/1:
4 min hot towel for warmup
~1 min stretching forward
50 dry jelqs mid to tip, 50 dry jelqs base to mid @ >60%
5 minutes of threats with some breaks included: 4 sections, 5 seconds per section
5 minutes of holds with some breaks included: 15 second base hold to get up toward 100%, then "slick rick" on head and hold for 10 seconds
5 min hot water for warmdown
Overall EQ 8 out of 10
Observations: Nice redness after dry jelqs. Re-read this thread* on cheekycherry and was a bit more bold with the slick rick than previously; consequently, it seemed to go quite well without being dangerous. Broke the 5-hour rule afterward, but could hardly resist. :-/

Session #2: 1/2:
5 min hot towel for warmup
~1 min stretching forward
50 dry jelqs mid to tip, 50 dry jelqs base to mid @ >60%
7 minutes of threats with some breaks included: 4 sections, 5 seconds per section
7 minutes of holds with some breaks included: ~30 seconds at base @ 100% per hold
5 min hot water for warmdown
Overall EQ 7 out of 10
Observations: EQ was a bit lower than last session on dry jelqs, but it picked up a bunch during the holds and was probably a 9. 30 seconds felt comfortable for a base hold. I like doing it for time rather than trying to focus on number of reps; I'll probably stick with this metric and just vary the lengths of the holds between training sessions.

Welcome g1rthseeker. I too started early 2003. Your exercise descriptions are unknown to me. What forums were you at previously? (jP

Thanks. I mostly read CheekyCherry, I think, but I didn't actively post. I randomly stumbled onto this site recently and was impressed by how organized the information was and how knowledgeable people seemed, so I figured I'd start posting my logs at the very least.

I'm the same way. I began over @ cheeky cherry years ago... didn't seem too 'bangin' so when I stumbled across this place.. I left CC and created my log and have been updating it here. (I do have a log over @ CC, but I don't visit it often)

Consider me sub'd to this log.

To clarify for other readers:

Threat: clamp with ok-grip, starting at the base, and hold for x number of seconds. After that, clamp again with an ok grip a bit higher up. In my case, I do it in 4 sections, and I lightly jelq up between sections instead of completely releasing the grip. I also make small adjustments to kegel in more blood as I go.

I think the holds are self-evident.

The "slick rick" technique was the one I linked to already.

Session #3: 1/3: ~400-500 fast kegels during the day.
Observations: Planning on training kegels when in the car or before bed on days when I'm not doing regular training.

Ok girth seeker, that is not a beginer routine, but then I gather you are not a beginer.

Use extream caution with that slick rick move ,it is most definitely an advanced move.
