Hello everyone, Hate to say it but I'm Asian with small penis. A few years back I did a few session here and there but were never consistent and quit. I have decided to restart PE and will be taking it very serious this time. I intend to PE for the next few years and then maybe go on a short daily maintenance sessions. I have also bought the X4 Lab extender and have used it for about a month now. I tried to wear it at lease 3 hours a day. Heres my measurement: NBP 4.5 BP 5.25 Girth 4.5 EDIT: Now using JonPop'S 90 Day routine. Day one 1/11/09 ---------------------------------- Here's my routine: 2-3 min warm up 30 sec stretches in 5 direction. 10-15 min jelq 2-3 min warm down 30 sec stretches in 5 direction. ---------------------------------- EDIT: Now using JonPop'S 90 Day routine. Day one 1/11/09 My Goal: NBP 6 BP 6.5 Girth 5.5 Hopefully I can achieve this by the end of this years. Please feel free to suggest any improvement I can incorporate into my program. Increase the warm up to ten minutes at least. Lponger the warm up faster the grow up. Welcome to the gym!

Going forward, I will be using Jon Pop 90 day routine. First JP routine session to begin in the morning. FYI, I been using the first mention routine for almost a month now along with the X4 extender. I have not seen any noticeable gains but my flaccid and girth seem to be bigger. Reading other people's post, flacid and girth are the first to start follow by length. Hopefully this is true. Can not wait to see some length gains soon. |

Day 1: JonPop Routine. Entire session was ~ 40 min. This was probably my most intense session since returning to PE 3 weeks ago.. Only 89 more days left. Tomorrow will be a day off... in addition, X4 extender was strap on following the session and will probably try to keep it on for 3 hours today. |

Today is my day off. Resting and will continue with jP day 2 routine tomorrow. My flaccid appears more thicker and slightly longer today. Did not turtle today at all. This could be due to giving my penis a rest today in addition to 2 warm down late yesterday night. |

Breaking down my routine into 2 session today due to family obligation/situation. In the morning, I warmed up and did my stretches and warmed down. I will jelq tonight to complete my daily routine. Also, I had on my x4 extender on for about 5 hours today. I finally decided to remove the 1/2 in. bar extension because the last few time I used it with the extension bar, I notice some turtling. Not today though. I will continue to use the extender w/o extension bar for maybe another 3-4 weeks. |

Day 3 completed. PE'ed for about 45 minute and wore the extender for approximately 4 hours. It was a good session, however, day 1 still feel like it was my best workout day.

Day 4 report... Completed my session in the morning and felt that it went pretty well. Oh, and today, I also increased my wet jelqs to 200 reps and my V Jelq to 50 strokes each in three direction. I got my extender strap on now and hopefully I can wear it 6 hours today. - New goal adding to my routine today. Going forward, I hope to wear the extender for at minimum of 4 hours a day.
