Before you look at my pics, here are a few things you should know.
All measurements are BP. I measure in centimeters because it is more accurate. My second picture looks as if I lost a lot of girth, but it's just the camera playing tricks. My girth has stayed exactly the same (at a measly 4.25"). I'm working on length first, and girth second. But if any girth should come my way while I'm working on length, it is more than welcome.
These are my first gains EVER! I just hope they remain permanent so I can add to them. In one hanging cycle (which lasted for 18 days with a 1 on/2 off routine), the pictures below illustrate my 1 cm gain. I officially marked it down as 0.9cm. Actually, I do measure 15.2cm now (1.2 cm gain), but for the life of me can't get a picture of it. Fooling around with the ruler in one hand and the camera in the other causes me to lose a bit of length on camera. Camera shyness might be a factor as well.
I think that an approximate 0.5" gain in only a few short weeks is pretty good. I doesn't look like much, but I can see and feel the difference. Currently, I am just doing some mild ADS work to cement my gains and then slowly enter my rest period. I plan to rest for about 6-8 weeks and then start vacuum hanging again. Even if my gains in my second cycle or only half of what I got the first time around, I'll still be a believer in IPR and vacuum hanging - for me, they're like peas and carrots.

I just hope that by the time I've reached my length goal, a girth routine based on IPR with proven results has been "discovered."
I also hope that I get some added "free" girth while working on my length goal - even a 1/4 of an inch would be nice.

Also, don't feel bad. Girth has always been the hardest for me to gain too. It just takes plain ole persistence. |

I wish more people tried it with different clamping methods - it's the only way to know if it works for sure. I also wish that Xenolith comes back and puts his two cents in regarding IPR and girth.
But as of late, Dustpan's 3 inch girth gains seems to be my inspiration. I mean, those kind of gains are unheard of. Even if he only gained 2 inches, that's freakin' amazing. At 4.25 inches, I'd be more than satisfied with anything over 5 inches - 5.5 the most. I'm not here to create a monster, just something "slightly" above average.

Rep Power: 10  | A 3 inch girth gain is amazing. Dustpan works and trains hard. Sometimes 6 hours a day, actively. Meaning, he is not just hanging and leaving it alone, he is actively stretching/jelqing/clamping, etc. I'm very interested in seeing a 3 inch girth gain too. They say seeing is believing, but I probably won't even believe my own ruler  |
