Quick,

I don't have a problem myself with the Whey Protein. Do you get upset stomachs easily?

Perhaps Tums will help?

I have had similar problems with WPI. See if you can get hold of Calcium Cassenite. An excellent product!

Q4L reporting for PE duty.

Well, it’s been a while since I’ve updated my progress thread/journey to Big Dick Island thread. My last post was all the way back in April. At that time I was trying out a routine that involved stretching, wet jelqs and ADS. The routine went OK, but I didn’t have any solid, measurable gains. The one thing that I did notice was a better flaccid hang, but that’s about it.

I was forced to take a 2 month decon break. During the months of June and July, I traveled all around Europe with a couple of friends. My focus was to travel and party and I decided to put PE aside for a couple of months. After a couple of weeks into my decon, combined with the fact that I wasn’t able to masturbate due to severe lack of privacy (staying in multi-bed hostels), I noticed that my erection frequency and quality became a lot better. I also noticed that my flaccid gains went away and, in fact, it seemed that I actually LOST some of my flaccid size than when I first started. So, I decided to start doing some dry jelqs for about 5 minutes every other day. After about 3 sessions, I gave up. I just decided to let go of my penis and just live my life – after all, I’m in fuckin’ Europe for crying out loud!!!

Europe had its up’s and down’s. Sure, the sights, parties and girls are amazing – I wouldn’t trade my memories for anything in the world. But the fact that my two friends kept getting lucky with the girls really affected my self esteem. At this time I was still a virgin, in my early twenties, and depressed because I couldn’t get laid in Europe (which is where everyone is supposed to get laid). I became really depressed. With some counseling from a couple of my PE friends, especially remek, they were able slap some sense into me and I came back home with a few notches under my belt. One was cute, the other two not so much…but a notch is a notch. In fact, one of them actually came back to me the next day because she had such a great time the night before. I guess I had the magic tongue or something…

Having finally been with a girl and getting most of my self esteem back, I decided to get back into PE. But this time, I decided to not make PE my life, but just part of it. Before, PE would be all I think about – analyzing the routine I was on, constantly reading different methods and theories and trying to piece together general research. Now, I know that there is more to life. I wanted to design a simple routine that would allow me to still have a life.

Here is the routine that I am currently doing:

1) Wear vacu extender from 8am to 10pm everyday.

2) Mondays and Fridays
PM - Edge with a jelly cockring with a few Uli #3’s mixed in for 30 minutes (no ejaculation)

3) Tuesdays and Saturdays
AM – Wet jelq after a shower warm up for about 3-5 minutes at about 80% erection level
PM - Edge with a jelly cockring with a few Uli #3’s mixed in for 30 minutes (ejaculate after the session)

This routine isn’t written in stone either. There are times I’ll be really horny and through in an extra edge/ejaculation session, but I’ll always make sure to never go above 3 ejaculations per week (see post #47). Also, 3-4 random days during the week (usually not on my jelq days) I do about 5-10 minutes worth of medium tension manual stretching. I only stretch upward. If I know I'm going out somewhere where my extender will be a hassle, like a bar, club or doing something physical like play sports, then I just don't wear it. But for the most part, I try to have it on as much as possible.

I’ve tried to incorporate a few theories into my routine. A) Never let it turtle (Big Girtha). I think this is key. So many people have gained from extenders and keeping your penis extended and low-medium tension for long periods seems like it should work. Healing in an extended state just makes sense. B) Heat. My jelqing and stretching sessions are always done in the AM right after a hot shower and this allows me to throw on my vacu extender and heal in an extended state. C) The Peter Dick Method. Variety is the spice of life. Just because life gets in the way, or you are too tired or don’t feel like PEing doesn’t mean that you HAVE to PE. Let your body dictate when to do the PE. A PE schedule should just be there as a guide, not as a law that must be followed.

I’ve been doing this for about a month or so now. My flaccid has almost doubled. BPFSL has definitely increased, but haven’t measured BPEL as of yet. Base girth seems to be increasing as well – it definitely feels thicker in my hand. My nocturnal erections are pretty good as well.

I’ll be doing an official measurement at the end of October.

Let’s get to 7” in 2007!!!!

This was a good update, by the way. You may want to even take this post and create a new thread for your new outlook PE: It's not your journey anymore, it's your progression!

Also, quick. . . The fact that your erections got better when you took a break shows that you were still overtraining. I honestly think this has been your main problem from the get go. If you are PEing properly, you should have solid erections all the time.

Very true, remek. EQ and positive PIs are a definite must when it comes to knowing if you are doing PE properly. It's a very fine line to cross.

As of now, I've been getting really good nocturnal erections. My dick is trapped in the vacuum all day, at night, it needs to come out and get some air. So, I'm not surprised at my increased frequency in that department.

My skin around my glands has been getting really dry and itchy, so I'm going to start to put on some Polysporin and some aloe at night.

If (when?) I measure my gains at the end of October, I'll start a new thread as well as update my progress thread that I created before.

Quick: Good to hear the erections are staying hard. If you keep it that way, and do light PE, you might actually gain again. Either way, good luck!

Interesting routine Quik, Are you having any issues regarding fluid build up or water blisters with your current use of the extender?

No fluid build up. I do get some very temporary blisters on the bottom of my head, but they are gone by the next day.

What HAS been happening is that my penis has become very, very itchy. It's almost worse than 10 mosquito bites put together. I think it's due to dry skin, but my skin doesn't look or feel dry. It's weird.
