I measured.

Turns out my BPEL stayed the same. No gains. BUT, I think my BPFSL has been increasing. I made the mistake of not measuring it, but I have been keeping my eye on it. I use the vac extender as an aid for stretching and usually stretch at upward angles. When I first started, my head was just below my belly button, but now it seems to be moving up a bit. I'm hoping that after a couple more months, my small gains in BPFSL will turn into BPEL gains.

I'm going to give it another couple of months before I measure again. But for now, no erect gains to brag about.

Keep it up quik4life. I recently got a BPFSL gain too, no BPEL though. But it's a good sign, something is happening
The BPFSL measurement is great, you don't have to worry about getting 100% erect. I think a BPFSL with the vertical ruler technique is a very accurate measurement.

Edit: Btw, is there any reason why this thread is not in the "Progress Log" forum?

I made it so long ago - it was in the infancy of the site. I don't think there was a subforum for progress threads at the time.

Yea, I think we only had two forums back then I'll move it to the Progress Log Forum with a permanent redirect in the General PE forum since it's been here for so long.

Also, quick, how's your regular flaccid gains? Any improvements?

Still wearing the Vac-Extender for 14 hours a day?

My flaccid gains have definitely increased. I still wear the vac extender for 12-14 hours a day. There are days when life gets in a way and I take a complete rest day - from both my PE routine and the ADS vac extender. This happens about once every 2 weeks or so. During my rest days, my flaccid hang is much longer and fuller than usual.

I've been doing a lot of reading on extenders and have been reading Big Girtha's threads on "never letting it turtle." Although I have not had any permanent EL gains from my current routine (yet), I truly believe that never letting it turtle and healing in an extended state (through ADS) is critical to getting gains. It just makes sense. I am also a firm believer in low tension/high time ratio for ADSing. I never keep my penis stretched at my BPEL or beyond. Your penis has to distinguish between stretching and healing in an extended state - they are two DIFFERENT things. Plus, when I did ADS at my BPEL or beyond, it gave me negative PIs.

I've also been intrigued by a new cockring device called Hardwear. It is a detachable, metal cockring that is specifically shaped to keep more blood in the penis. It also has a groove that rests on the dorsal vein of the penis to slow the outflow of blood out of the penis, thus, keeping it fully engorged. It works just like a cable clamp, but better. I have yet to try the device, but the reviews of the product have been good so far. My order is currently in the mail. With the Hardwear, I plan to edge 3-4 times a week using the device and keeping it on at night so as to keep my penis in an extended AND engorged state while I sleep.

Hopefully I'll have some gains to post come December 1st.

Getting to 7" in 2007 looks like it may not happen. Right now, I'll be happy with 6.5".

Do you think that leaving a cock ring on during your sleep is a good idea. I wouldn't do it man only harm will come out of it.

I'm definitely going to play it by ear. This cockring is semi adjustable. I plan to leave it on very loosely - just enough to keep engorgement and make sure that bloodflow is in anyway completely cut off.

I'm going to just try edging with it first. If it goes well, I may just keep it at that.

I've read a lot of threads and understand the harm behind doing any kind of PE while sleeping. And believe me, I do appreciate your concern. To be honest, I'm still having second thoughts on it as well. But, as I already mentioned, I will take it very slowly and will stop at the first possible sign of a negative PI.

I haven't received the cockring yet.

After reading a few threads regarding sleep and PE, I'm starting to get weary about trying it. The only reason it came to mind was because one night after a good edge session, I forgot to take my cockring off (don't ask how). When I woke up in the morning, my penis felt so much fuller and hanged nicely. I didn't notice any numbness or negative PIs. In fact, I woke up with one of the best morning woods in my life. At the time, I was wearing a silicon jelly cockring.

I will first test the waters out during the day with this new, metal cockring before even thinking about wearing it at night.

After all the time spent on PE and getting the little to nil gains that I have, I guess my patience is starting to wear thin and it's causing me to go to extremes.

I don't blame you for your patience getting weary - but a penis with nil gains is better than one that's broken.

A question: When you wear your cock ring, what's your erection level like . . . and how long can you sustain it for?
