Fitboy Analysis: Overtrained for the complete story. So 2 weeks rest and I'm restarting again from the beginning. This time I'm going to keep a very close eye on my PI's.
My problem is I loose my errection when I jelq after about 40 reps...so I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong, perhaps gripping to hard? I cant say jelqing is a ‘pleasurable’ feeling for me….should it be?
