I measured again today and I am:
down:
length: 5.7"
girth: 4.9"
up:
length: 7.1" with bend, 7.35" held straigh
girth: 5.7"
Increase in erect size but flaccid size about the same

Actually that description was great Starz, thanks. Do you find with this harder grip...which for me is usually uncomfortable, that you loose your errection? If so...how have you been remedying that? Also, what errection percentage are you jelqing at? Congrads on the great gains...I hope to follow in your footsteps.

I find that I usually get an erection while jelquing... or well I stop every 50 and it is ok when I am actually jelqing but when I stop, I am much harder... I wait a little while until it is pretty squishy like when I am flaccid but I can still feel that I am really pushing some blood through my penis... So I don't really know what percent it is at but I would say maybe 50% or less... and uncomfortable is not the same as painful right?... because right when I feel any pain at all then I stop... Usually when I am jelqing and it begins to feel uncomfortable it is because I am too erect but sometimes when I am at perfect erect size, it still feels a little bit uncomfortable... and thanks man... if you have any questions at all about my workout... just go ahead and ask... I will be more than happy to answer to the best of my knowledge... hopefully this helped you out...

Thanks Starz, I appreciate the offer! I might just hit you up for some Q&A. I'm restarting my beginners workout Thursday after a 2 week layoff. I started origonally on the 9th of August but I think I perhaps overdid it. See Fitboy Analysis: Overtrained for the complete story. So 2 weeks rest and I'm restarting again from the beginning. This time I'm going to keep a very close eye on my PI's.

My problem is I loose my errection when I jelq after about 40 reps...so I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong, perhaps gripping to hard? I cant say jelqing is a ‘pleasurable’ feeling for me….should it be?

When I do my workout, I warmup with a wet, hot towel around my penis for 10 min... in between each direction of stretches I massage my penis... After this I put on some lotion or whatever and get somewhat aroused so that I have blood in my penis... I think theres kinda a jump from the amount of blood in my penis when I can and can't jelq... when I can feel that there isblood in my penis taht i can't move at all... like it almost seems like an erection, then I stop and wait for it to go back down... maybe I get erect becuase im a horny college kid : P
hopefully this helpls you... maybe you do something differently in your workout... ive tried to say exactly what ii do and describe my erect...ness? when im jelqing

Interesting, when I started I was jelqing and found that once I started at the base (with the 'ok' grip) and slid my grip forward towards the gland (head) it would get pretty hard to slide my grip once I got 3/4 the way forward. Would you think that meant there was too much blood (too much of an errection) there to properly Jelq?

That happened to me too... I would loosen the grip as i got to the tip and then I started to just let it get a little more flaccid and it would stop feeling uncomfortalble

It looks like i forgot to put up my last workout...
10 min warmup
30 sec stretches to each side 3 sets
25 sec stretches to each side 1 set
375 jelqs

Today,
10 min warmup
30 sec stretches to each side 4 sets
400 jelqs
I also got my pump in the mail today and put it at 1.5-2" Hg for less than a minute because I didn't know what it would do so I wanted to barely use it... I just really used it to get some bloodflow into the penis and hopefully fill anything i didnt fill when I was jelqing... anyone think I shouldnt do this?

surely he means erect and not erect.

Starz is like the rebelious slang user of penis workouts.
