10 min heating pad
150 slow Jelq (50 jelq before I loose errection then edging via the wife, another 50 jelq then edging again, then 50 last jelq followed by 1 more edging session)
5 min cold cool down

10 min heating pad
150 slow Jelq (50 jelq before I loose errection then edging via the wife, another 50 jelq then edging again, then 50 last jelq followed by 1 more edging session)
5 min warm cool down this time (trying to see if the warm cool down is better for me then the cold version)
