Well I been curious about penile enlargement for quite a while now, since I aint too confortable about the size of my penis. When I younger I came across a ad about Kegel exercise, so I try it for about a week then gave up on it(i was young, had no patient). Then when I became of age to purchase enlargement pills(I'm 18, turn 19 next month) I start to realize that I didnt want to put that kind of supplements into my body, I dont know what could happen(side effects), so I decide to try going natural, so yesterday while I sitting I remember I came across a site when I younger about Keeal, so I search for it, and came across this site. I did a little browsing around, looking at member gains and decided to give it a try, so here I am, with a few questions:

When I reading about enlargement pills it seem like you have to continuing taking the pills in order to keep your gains? With PE do you have to continuing with the exercise to keep your gain?

And my penis has a slight curve, is there a natural way to correct that? Because it worrys me, when I get gains, it will just follow the curve.

While I'm going to start with the beginner's routine(Started yesterday):

10-20min warmup(hot shower)
6-7min of basic stretching
10-12 of jelqing
and every other day 2mins of Kegel
and thinking about adding in JAI Stretch soon(is this ok)

As for basic stretching and jelqing can i perform them mon-fri(at least 4times a week) and rest on saturday and sunday?

My goal:

Length: 9 or more inches
Girth: 6 1/4"?

Starting size:

Length: About 7 7/16"
Girth: About 5"
Measurement might be off, the ruler not straight edge, but I kept it straight as I could, and I didnt have measuring tape or string so I tear a small piece of paper and wrap it around marked it and mearsue it.

Now I know gains varies on different men because we all are not the same, so I'm thinking that maybe I be able to see a good about of gain, soon(a month or 2) because I still might be growing?

It is possbile albiet very difficult. I have heard of guys reducing their curves but I don't know of anyone who has completely eliminated a curve. Some sucess is reported with traction devices such as extenders. I have also heard of curvature correction success with pumps.

Manual exercises (such as jelqs) are unlikely to have any benefit and may worsen the condition.

You routine looks very good. It is OK to add some JAI stretches. Try to stick to this routine for about 3 months. If you are not seeing results after a few weeks you can slowly up the jelq reps and stretch times. Do not progress too fast or over do it.

^thanks for your help Iguana,
my penis like kink over to the left at the base by like 1-2mm, then continues straight, it could be the different in girth from the base up, that gives the affect of curve, so hopefully maual exercise wont make it worst...

I was looking at the advanced exercise and came across Side Jelq(Grith, Curve fixer) will that help?

and you stated that to keep my routine the same for 3 months, will it be safe to gradually increase my time up every week or every other week, until I reach 25min of jelqing, and 10min of stretching, or somethin like that?

Mad_kidd: Welcome to The PE Gym!

The side jelq will help, but it's a gradual process (just like PE in general). The key is to really focus your jelqs to the side.

well i thought i would post a little update...i started PE on 11/27/07 so i been doing it for a little more than two weeks. Within a couple of days of the exercises i notice my erection was harder, and i could last longer. Well earlier this week i was just sitting around being bored, so i decided to measure myself(i started at 7 7/16") well it showed about 8 1/16", well I got happy for a little, but then i was like 'maybe I'm having one of them good days' and then said I wont jump to conclusions until i reach my goal(9 or more") and thought nothing else of it. Then yesterday rolls around, and I noticed that my girlfriend was complaining more that it was harding her, so I ask her "does it feel bigger?", she said yes. Later on we had to drive somewhere, so I asked her again, "does it really feel bigger? lenth-wise or width-wise?", she said "BOTH! length and width(girth)!" with a smile on her face. Then she ask what i been doing, have i been taking pills, I just sat there smiling for a while, then i decided to tell her what i been doing. I aint going to lie, there was days when i woke up and i didnt feel like doing PE, but I doubt I'll stop PEing!

I'll measure myself again sometime in Jan.

Small Update:

I been PEing for 3 months now, here is my current rountine:

3 times a week, usually Monday, Wednesday and Friday

5-7mins warmup(hot shower)
7-8mins of basic stretching
13-14mins of jelqing
2:30-3:30mins of Kegel
2-3min of JAI Stretch
and I'm going to add Flaccid Bend and Side Jelq to my routine tomorrow

I havent measure myself yet, planning on taking measurements when I hit 4 or 6 months of PEing

With that you mean to focus on jelqing the blood on each side of the penis towards the glans or jelqing like to the left and right with a O grip ,pressing with same amount of power from all directions ?

When I jelq, I feel i get best grip when I jelq Straight Up , then i feel i get the real O grip
if i jelq Straight out it ends up more like an U grip .

Yes, your jelqing your penis to the "side" so that when complete it's looks almost like a horse shoe. Here's a good description: Jelq Variation: Side Jelq - Penis Enlargement Gym

One important point: You should only jelq to one side when you're trying to fix a curve (not both right and left). You want to jelq against the curve.

Thanks for the link, and the Jelq tip.

But damn, i have jelqing to right,left,up and down :O

So i will in my next routine to only jelq straight UP.
