Update Log Well I'm fairly new to PE, been doing this for about 3 weeks so far. I think I started about 11/07/07. I'm posting my starting routine and starting stats. I plan on PE'ing for a while so I'll keep posted my gains..... if any.

-I hadn't really thought of any goals, but I guess while I'm recording this I might as well set one. I hope to be 7.4-7.5" in NBPEL and 6.5" in EG by 6/07/08. My Beginners routine: (2 days on 1 day off)
-5-6 min warm up
- 6 min of moderate - fairly heavy stretches
- 15-18 min of wet jelqs, two handed / moderate to hard pressure
- A stretch 1-2 min
- Cool down for 5 min using cup of cold water.
-5 second kegels for 50 reps, every other day. I usually do an extra 5 of 10 seconds at the end. |
