Clamping:
50 base compressions
6 min - even less wrap than before, 1 click
50 base ring push throughs
7 min - still even less wrap, 1 click
50 base ring push throughs
note: I cut an extra few inches off of the wrap piece. I think I made it though this with almost no red dots.

6 min w/ slight longitudinal compressions, less than the weight of my wrist

Remek,
It's like the opposite of a stretch. So while i was clamped i was putting a slight force at the tip pushing my penis in towards my body, kind of adding some of that compression force that you get from horse 440s or "the squeeze."

note: felt good to do the extra click, but should probably stay away from increasing the intensity.
note: wrap on but greatly loosened between sets seems like it helped get better expansions on the later sets.

note: was kind of tired/turtled this night. will religiously stick to one click again and throw in more variety.

note: slinkies with the wrap on seems more effective
note: head squeezes but less clicks seems like the betterr way to increase intensity
