.9388 added this year Jan-Feb comparison: the max girth increase in feb, matches that of jan. the volume increase was much lower though because no hanging. (no length/base girth benefits from hanging) also, much less L-A and Kegels. Number of manual workouts: 2 (8 in january) Minutes spent clamped: 145 minutes (78 in january) Minutes spent hanging: 0 minutes (347 in january) Hours with golf weights: 1 hour (0 in january) Number of kegel workouts: 1 (4 in january) Total amount L-Arginine: 15 g (75g in january) February clamping lessons: don’t over do it with wall fuck clamps (got me turtled for 2 days), end with cold splash more, higher angle clamping is a good changeup (note when this is done), standing and moving seems to help blood flow in,
