notes: I've gotten a pretty drastic change in head size, IMO, over the past 2 months. That's enough to make me happy. Hopefully some other gains will start coming too. The month pretty much consisted of hanging and jelqing.
nutrition: I took yohimbe about every other day, a bunch of fish oil most days, extra vitamin C sometimes, took Korean ginseng about once a day, took lots of protein, and tried out Enzyte (just out of curiosity - noticed no real differences from it). |

Notes: Because I tend to stretch right more to correct a slight left curve, I felt the stretches to the left much more strongly than the ones to the right.
