Rep Power: 10 | Day 6, 3rd injection down. Pretty much the same as the first two. Tunica was a little tougher this time. Still no blood. Not even one drop. And no pain! I'm now wearing two cock-rings afterward, one behind the full package, one on the base of the shaft. I want to make sure my smooth muscle doesn't contract and push out the IGF-1. I have read that rhIGF-1,which occurs naturally in the body, has a half life of about 10-20 minutes, so I'm assuming that most of the receptor binding takes place with in this time frame. Otherwise, the hormone would be rendered useless. IGF-1 LR3 has a longer half life but should still bind within that time frame. My goal is to keep the cock-ring on for about an hour to insure that the effect remains localized. Quote:

No noticeable changes so far. I should start seeing some gains after about 4-6 weeks. After the injection the cell growth cycle takes about 72 hours. Being that this is only day 6 for me I should have some cellular growth but it will take some time before it becomes noticeable.

| Sir Iguana, I hope you remembered to bring along a supply of your injectables to the Planet Nib. We might be there for awhile. Hee

I wish you all the luck Iguana and hope you can resolve this issue you have going.
I am probably older than you, but fortunately, I recieved a diagnosis of low Testosterone at the onset of my PE career and have been on hormone therapy for over 5 years.
This has maintained my libido, along with PE. I would be curious to know your levels when you get them back from the lab. Are they checking for free Testosterone levels also?
Good luck buddy, we're all pulling (NPI) for ya. JP |
Hey, Iguana.
I've been reading your last few posts here. I hope this all works out for you.
Because I've had such a sharp drop in my own libido lately, I have done some reading about hormone replacement therapy.
From what I'm gathering, replacement of testosterone, thyroid, and other hormones can help men who are having erectile issues and low libido.
It is quite possible that your urologist is not knowledgable about hormone replacement therapy....just a thought.
I'm thinking of taking JonPop's advice and getting a full endocrine exam soon.
I'm pretty sure that what's going on with me is mood related, rather than hormonal, but then the mood could be effected by hormones as well.
I have ceased all PE except for kegels.

My urologist called back last week with the results and it seems like my testosterone levels are normal. Sometimes I wonder if all the manual
"hands on" exercises we do doesn't somehow desensitize some of us? Probably some of my issues are blood pressure related.
I think the endocrine exam for you is a good idea. At least you will know where you stand. Do you mind me asking how old you are?

Rep Power: 3 | Hey, Iguana.
I'm 40.
I'm in pretty good shape, run 4 miles three times each week, eat pretty well.
I'm going to schedule an appointment with my doctor and ask him if we can do some lab work.
I may have overtrained a little at one piont, but then things seemed to get better. And then I had all this anxiety and everything just fell apart.
Tying in with JonPop's post on my log about seasonal affective disorder: Yesterday I stood out in the sun and talked to this young woman outside a coffee shop. There were other women lounging out on the patio and by the time I got home I was feeling kind of randy. I was able to get pretty aroused and had a nice erection. There's still a barrier...it feels like a big blob of clay is stuck in my body and I can't push through it....if that makes sense.
I'm pretty sure this is mood related or maybe hormonal rather than a result of PE damage.
I'll keep you posted.

Either way, I won't hurt to get your levels checked. I hope things work out for you. Keep us updated!

So you were focusing 100% on smooth muscle? Perhaps that was the problem. I think adding stretches will definitely help. Stretches probably help with smooth muscle growth to some degree. It's also a good idea to work out the tunica so you can avoid hitting your smooth muscle limit - as you're still enlarging the tunica. | EQ is more inmportant anyway. Good to hear it is rebounding.
to prevent dick loss during decon breaks do some edging, erect kegels and sustaining kegesl like the "Great Seal". i found that this helps. i do it a couple of days per week when not doing active "traditional PE."
So a question what gage needle do you use to inject into your penis. Do you go al gthe way through the tunica and into the CC? |

Rep Power: 10 | Thanks Kingpole!
That's interesting, I will try adding Kegels during my next decon. In the past, I have only not lost size during one decon break but
I traction wrapped the entire time.
I am using 30 gauge needles. Yes, when I first inject it goes through the skin effortlessly, then it stalls a little on the tunica. I just give it
a gentle push and it goes through and into the CC. I usually bury the 1/2" needle. Believe it or not it's virtually painless!

Rep Power: 4 | ooohoohooo sounds uhhh prickly to say the least. You may want to change injection sites eriodacally. To prevent lumps and bumps from forming. Exactly what are you injecting inot your penis? Do you do it while it is limp or erect? |
