Well As you know my friend, you win some you loose some. I'm a patient man so I'm sure some gains are gonna blow my way before too long.
Actually my EQ is going through the roof. The quality is great, the duration, not so much.

I am joining the ranks of full blown chemical PE. I have my PGE-1 titration appointment at 2:30 PM.

I picked up my Caverject yesterday from Walgreens, believe it or not, my insurance is going to cover it! They will only cover
ED cases that are from "organic origin", the prior authorization form states:

Coverage Criteria: Intracavernosal alprostadil is covered for males for the treatment of erectile dysfunction of
organic origin for the following conditions only: diabetes, urogenital surgery, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury or
testosterone/prolactin abnormalities. All conditions must be supported by clinical documentation.

Being that I don't suffer from any of these, I'm not sure what my doctor told them. He indicated my high blood pressure my be the culprit so maybe that was acceptable also. Either way I don't care, they are paying for it. I received 3 vials of 20 mcg lyophilized powder. It was normally $270 but with insurance it only cost me $55. They will cover up to 6 per month. I don't know if the dosage matters or not. If it does I may ask him to up my dosage to get more for my money. Otherwise, I still may bulk order on line. I plan on discussing it with him today.

I still haven't gained anything from the IGF-1 so I'm hoping this addition will kick start me. I have been back on track with my manual exercises this week so well see...

Something weird... I posted earlier that I measured 1/8" larger while wearing two cock-rings but was unable to reproduce the "gain" without them. I measured again the other night wearing the same two rings and measured the same as without them. Strange. I hadn't done any manual exercises prior to the first measurement that might have caused any fluid build up so I'm baffled.

Well, I visited my urologist yesterday for my titration. Interesting experience. He had me inject myself with 5 mcg of PGE1. I was quite nervous knowing some guys are getting 2-4 hour erections using much less. I asked him if he thought that was too much and he said he didn't know, I might end up in the ER. This, as you might imagine, was very comforting to me. I asked him if he could use less and he said nope, that was his starting dosage. He had me inject, gave me another prescription for syringes, BS water, and more Caverject and sent me home.

It took about 30 minutes to even take effect and I never did get to 100%. Probably 70-80% at best. After about 1 hour and 45 minutes later I was at about 20%. So, evidently 5 mcg wasn't enough or maybe too much. It was a little painful. More like a soreness or pressure, not a stabbing pain. I'm debating whether or not to increase or try 5 mcg again. I may actually try again with 2.5 mcg. Sometimes less is more effective. It is a mystery as to why.

I know my tunica has never been so sore. I felt like I had been hanging 50 pounds. PGE-1 inhibits collagen synthesis and breaks down the connective tissues. I did some stretching and pumping afterward. I could only pump for about 10 minutes @ 3 hg. I normally can go 30 minutes @ 5-8 hg without blinking an eye but I was much too sore.

It's amazing what a guy will do for a larger unit!

Why do you think the duration isn't that long Iguana?

Sometimes. Other times it's just so so. Almost never 100%.

Did my second injection of PGE1/IGF-1 on Friday. My gut feeling to cut my dose down from 5 mcg was right on.

It was a completely different reaction from what I had in my urologists office. In the office, 5 mcg barely gave me a 70% erection, it took about 30 minutes to start working and only lasted about 20 minutes at that level. The whole erection probably lasted an hour and 45 minutes. Friday night I injected 3 mcg and was erect in probably 2-3 minutes at about 95 to 100%. It lasted at that level for almost 2 hours before slowly fading. It was a tad painful, more like a sore pressure but nothing unbearable. I think 5 mcg would have put me at the 3-4 hour mark, maybe more.

On another note, I measured again while under the influence of the PGE-1 and low and behold, my gains were back, 1/8" girth, across the board. I hadn't done in pumping (which is my only girth exercise) in a couple days, so I think I can rule out fluid build up and I wasn't wearing a cock ring like last time. Going to try and reproduce again tonight.
