Yea, there are times that I question my sanity! Doing leg extension at 1:00 AM this morning was one of them.

I can see it now:

Did my third injection last night. The dosage was 3 mcg PGE-1 and 20 mcg IGF-1. I was fully erect within 2 minutes of injecting.
It lasted 3 hours and the last hour was very painful. I hit the weight machine after 3 hours and ran up and down the stairs till it
starting subsiding. My tunica is extremely sore today.

I hung golf weight for a few hours yesterday before injecting. Also, did some pumping. I plan on strapping on the golf weights again
today. I'm doing much better keeping up with my manual routine lately.

I measuring again last night and my 1/8" gain is still there. Once more on Wednesday and I am going to call it official. I seemed to have lost
some length during the months I wasn't doing very much with manual exercises. I hope to gain it back rather quickly.

OK. I'll save the exploding penis trick for some other time...

I have officially completed 2 months on IGF-1. I have used about half of my vial and am contemplating ordering 1 more in a month or so. I figure I will give it at least 6 months before I make a judgment as to the effectiveness.

I think I have found my PGE-1 dosage. I injected 3 mcg again last night, along with 20 mcg IGF-1, and had about a 2 - 3 hour erection. It was starting to go down after a couple hours but it stayed at about 30-40% for about 45 minutes more. It took a little longer to take effect this time, I injected rather low and hit some tough connective tissue. The needle was bent when I pulled it out.

I am noticing some fluid build up so I am a little skeptical of my gains. I plan on measuring on Sunday after two days off. I figure that will be enough time to loose the edema. We will see...

Measured again on Sunday after 4 days of no manual exercises and two days without injections.
It looks like my 1/8" gain is here to stay. I'm going to call it official at this point.

I guess it's time for an update.

I've been taking a break for the last couple of weeks. I spent a relaxing week in the Rocky Mountains. I think the 14,000 ft altitude took a toll on my body. I actually lost some girth, which I am pretty sure was due to dehydration. I have re-cooped it all but 1/8". I'm starting my program back up next week. I had intended to this week but you know how it is after you return from vacation. I got hammered from all sides.

I just received a new bottle of IGF-1 and will resume my injections next week along with a new routine. I plan on replacing pumping with jelqing and clamping.
