WEEK ONE

I peformed my excerises in the shower every second morning, except for today (today im having 2 days off) I may have over excercised on that last session.
I would start off by doing the normal stuff in the shower, after all thats over its down to exercise!
a good solid 2-4 mins of direct water on the penis, aswell as cupping my hand underneath to allow a 'pool' of water to surround it.
I started off with a good session of rotating stretches, 5 to the left, 5 to the right.
1 min of warm up again, with the cuppped hand once again.
Second came jelqing. 100 or so. (It started to get a bit awkward at times, im uncut so the extra skin is really annoying :P) I think i concentrated more on hold the skin back rather then the quality of the jelq.
Again another minute of warm water.
Went into JAIs, following the guidelines in the beginner routines.
Last few mins i turn the warm water off completely and concentrated cold water on the penis whilst peforming the last lot of stretches.
(Measured BPEL with todays morning wood)
