Default Zorgon17's Progress Log (beginner)

Howdy guys!

I'm currently unhappy with my size and my goals arn't too extreme. If i want to get to my goals i need to start somewhere so as of now i am 'going to the gym'. Hopefully i can maintain activeness on these forums.

I'm going to follow Babbis' routine for beginners. to add, is it ok to stretch whilst in the shower? I figure it would be like killing to birds with one stone.

Current (as of 13/01/08)
BPEL - 6.1" (im beginning to think i wasn't at 100% EQ now after week 1.)
EGL - 4.33"

Week #1 (20/01/08)
BPEL - 6.3"
EGL -

Week #2 (27/01/08)
BPEL - 6.1"
EGL -

Week #3 (3/02/08)
BPEL - 6.18"
EGL -

Week #4 (10/02/08)
BPEL - 6.29"
EGL -

Goal
BPEL - 7.0" (for now :P)
EGL - Havn't really thought about it, I figure around 5" - 5.5"

I'll update weekly. Any advice will be appreciated.

Zorgon: Welcome to The Gym! Babbis' routine is a good one to start with.

You can stretch while in the shower - many men do. Just make sure to get a warm up in first. A good shower routine might go like this:
  • 5 minute warm up (let the hot water directly hit your penis)
  • 20 - 30 JAIs
  • Stretches
  • Jelqs

I just started about 2 weeks ago and I don't really see any changes!!! I do warm up in the shower then stretch for 5 mins and then jlq for 15 mins..... 1 day on 2 days offf is this the right way????

WEEK ONE
----------
I peformed my excerises in the shower every second morning, except for today (today im having 2 days off) I may have over excercised on that last session.

I would start off by doing the normal stuff in the shower, after all thats over its down to exercise!

a good solid 2-4 mins of direct water on the penis, aswell as cupping my hand underneath to allow a 'pool' of water to surround it.
I started off with a good session of rotating stretches, 5 to the left, 5 to the right.
1 min of warm up again, with the cuppped hand once again.
Second came jelqing. 100 or so. (It started to get a bit awkward at times, im uncut so the extra skin is really annoying :P) I think i concentrated more on hold the skin back rather then the quality of the jelq.
Again another minute of warm water.
Went into JAIs, following the guidelines in the beginner routines.
Last few mins i turn the warm water off completely and concentrated cold water on the penis whilst peforming the last lot of stretches.

(Measured BPEL with todays morning wood)

Any criticism or comments about my routine would be appreciated.

It's a light stretch that lasts roughly 2 seconds.
