Well i've pretty much just been following the beginner routine. I started by going through
each basic stretch (30 secs. each). I went through all 5 basic stretches twice. After that
I just wet jelq for 10 minutes. Since i've started i've increased the intensity a little bit, now
stretching for 40 seconds each. After the first week I also began using the JAI stretch which
I do 20 reps of that, and sometimes when i use the bathroom i do several since they are so easy.
Lastly, i do a cooldown for 5 minutes just using a washcloth soaked in cold water. I learned that
off of the forums..I think it was dustpan's idea (thanks). I also tend to follow the 2 hour no masturbation
rule..though i usually abstain for longer than 2 hours before and after. This is just what i've started with,
and i've been seeing some small gains early on so it seems to be working. Hope this helps. |
