P Length erect - 5
P Girth erect - 5
P Length soft - 3
P Girth soft 2.25

What I am doing:
5 minutes of warm up (usually a shower but might start hot compress)
5 stretch up
5 stretch down
5 stretch right
5 Stretch left
(I have also heard that you can do upper right, lower right, upper left and lower left but I think I will wait a few more months before I do that)
200 jelqing
5 minutes of cool down (usually in the shower or hot compress)
One question I have is how do I stop getting erect during stretches. I have to stop alot to allow my erection to go down. Any techniques or suggestions? |
