This morning I did my final session for this week - my second week of PE.
I went and got some silicone lube. It worked very well. Very slick, and it didn't gum up. Although after 20 minutes of jelqing it did start to lose just a little something. I didn't have to add anymore which is good because the stuff is expensive. I jelqued barehanded and it was fine. It didn't wash off as easily as I had hoped, but I think it's going to work. I also have a large bottle of water based lube by the same company that I'll probably be using too.
I'm going to hold off on measuring until monday AM. Usually I would do this on Saturday AM, but I want to rest thoroughly and I'm afraid if I start stroking to maximum erection on Saturday morning, I will end up following through with a masturbation session. I'm resting in part to ensure that a thrombosed vein has ample time to heal.
I'm not going to change my routine for next week. I'm just going to do the same thing: M, W, F
Next Saturday, the 1st of March I will begin looking at how I want to step things ups. Right now I'm thinking of adding a day and increasing the intensity very slightly. No new exercises.
I have to admit, I'm experiencing a little impatience. I just want to start seeing those gains! 90 days of PE will come soon enough.

I don't think you would want to absorbe silicon into your penis. JP

Positively depressing. Just too close to home.
The good news is that it was almost 10 above zero as I stepped outside this morning. I felt bouyant. 20 degrees fahrenheit is forecast for a high today. I'll be out jogging around a lake in a few hours. Should be nice.
Tomorrow and Sunday are supposed to be in the 30s.

I measured on Sunday before masturbating: No gains, in fact I came in about 1/16 inch smaller in length and 1/16 inch smaller in girth.
Abstaining from masturbation didn't go so well this weekend, but I kept the sessions short and to the point. I have no signs of the thrombosed vien this morning even after my workout.
This week I'm going for:
10 minute warm up with kegels
8 minute basic stretch (30 seconds each direction; 3 sets)
20 minute jelq with occasional perineum jelqs to help stay engorged
close with full erection with several perineum jelqs
M,W,F, assessment on Saturday
The main difference will be in the jelq:
* I got out my electric razor, used a 1/8 inch clip and trimmed all my public hair way down. This helped with jelqing a lot. The reduction in hair means a reduction in friction, so I'm stretching much less skin when I jelq and can get a grip that is closer to the pubic bone.
* Intensity: I'm starting with about 40% erection for a couple minutes, and then gradually build up erection level to 75%. I try to keep most of the work out at or near 75%. I'm also using a firmer grip, probably about 3.5 or 4 on a scale of 1-5. But this varies with the varying erection level during my workout.
* Repetitions: Having less hair means less screwing around. I'm able to do more repetitions now naturally. I usualy do a four count, which works out to be about 3 seconds.
RESULTS: I had a slight aching feeling - not unpleasant at all, but it seemed to persist,almost like blue balls but not in the balls, whenever I have unusual sensations in that region it's hard for me to tell what exactly is happening. I think I may have been feeling some workout fatigue.
Summary: I'm really still getting my basic technique down. I'm thinking that in a few weeks with better technique, more reps, learning more about adequate intensity, I will start to see gains. I'm very happy with the way I got into this slowly, probably taking it too easy at first and farting around with pubic hair, different lubes, erection level, technique, etc. I'll continue to learn about this and eventually have a routine that is more regimented to my personal physiology and goals. Right now, I'm findig that I get enjoyment from PE and it's helping me get up out of bed on a positive note!

Rep Power: 3  | I'm always trying to reach deeper into the inner penis and today I discovered that by including part of the scrotum in my overhand jelq I can include more of the length of the penis in my grip. So in starting position the webbing of my hand between the index and thumb is pressed firmly into the pubic bone and the tips of the index and thumb are reaching back as far into the inner penis under the scrotal skin as possible. Sometimes I would hold the scrotum back with one hand and do 3 repetitions with the other hand before alternating hands. This prevented pulling the skin along with the jelq.
I think this was a good step forward in developing a thorough technique that will be easy to replicate.
I'm continuing to maintain a higher erection level throughout my routine. I aim for what I would call 75%. It varies naturally, but I'm getting better at controlling it.
I'm also getting a greater sense that I'm having more effective workouts. I'm feeling more sensations of pressure in the penis during the jelqing. Afterward there's a slight sense of fatigue. Hard to describe, almost a very mild aching that goes away quickly. It doesn't even approach anything like pain. It's kind of like what my penis feels after a very long masturbation session with lots of great porn, but without the mushy flaccid state at the end. For any new guys that are reading this...I just want to be clear that I'm still taking it pretty easy in that I'm really paying attention to my body when I'm jelqing. I'm never trying to PUSH anything. I'm exploring sensations with varying levels of grip pressure and erection level. But the sensations are ALWAYS PLEASANT. I'm never making faces or straining anything.
